Pros: Service & helpfulness of the staff
Room was nice and comfortable - though there were some mosquitos. Breakfast was good. Overall service levels were good. Location - was near the siem reap city centre - touristy area.

Best Boutique Hotel

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. Can't asked for more. Very convenient as Pub Street is just 2 minutes walk. Lots of night life and activities. 15 minutes by taxi to Angkor Wat and rest of the temples. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Apsara Centrepole restaurant was very good and also offered 50% discount!! Strongly recommend this hotel for young couples or couples with kids.

Great place to base

Pros: The staff, the location, the pool.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind.
Location: Excellent. Very central but quiet.
We stayed at the Apsara Centrepole for 2 nights over New Years. Overall we really enjoyed it. The biggest positives were the staff, the location, and the pool. The staff were charming and always showed genuine interested in us enjoying our stay at the hotel and visit to Siem Reap. We were warmly greeted every time we came through the lobby and they were more than happy to help with anything we asked for. The location is fantastic. Not even a minutes walk to the bottom end of pub street but a very quiet location. You want have any problems with the crowds and noise of pub street. So it's too easy to stroll out for a drink or a meal and again stroll back to the hotel within minutes but have a very peaceful place to come back to. And finally, the pool. It's just a pool but let's face it, the reason to come to Siem Reap is Angkor, so after sweaty days exploring the temples nothing beats coming back to the hotel, jumping in the pool, and charging a couple of beers to your room. The room itself was very nice, well-appointed. We were on the first floor and found we were occasionally aware of the noise from outside in the lobby and hotel but overall it was no problem. On my next trip to Siem Reap I'll take the chance to try somewhere new but I would happily stay here again and recommend it.

Very near to the Night Market, with all the restaurants and shops. But yet not near enough to hear the noise in the room. Excellent and courteous staff. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful place to stay

Pros: Loved it all.
Location: Great location, a 20m walk to entertainment streets but surprisingly not noisy.
Aspara is a beautiful boutique hotel, situated very close to the cbd & entertainment streets, but far enough so that it is quiet in your room. All the staff were lovely people & greeted us warmly each time we came in. The pool is a wonderful relaxing haven after a day of touring. Also, the restaurant food was tasty & reasonably priced. We loved it & would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.
