The staff at Chateau d'Angkor are the friendliest and most attentive anywhere I've even stayed at. They were prompt to give us the help we needed--from tuk-tuks and directions getting around, to coordinating with the airport about our lost luggage. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Very nice staff. We got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. Booked show, tuk tuk and museum ticket at the reception(same price as outside). Good breakfast and restaurant. Also very good location close to night market and restaurants.

Decent Hotel
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 days. The suite was large and clean, but the living room and kitchen furnitures were pretty old. The breakfast was decent and staff at the hotel were very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will recommend this hotel to others.

Had requested a room on a low floor as no lifts in hotel and pre arrival hotel confirmed we were allocated a room on floor 1 (1 floor above ground). On our near midnight arrival we were given a room on floor 2 & unfortunately person on duty did not understand our request for a room on a lower floor. We could have requested a different room the next day, but decided to stick with the room we were given rather than face the hassle of repacking and moving room. Room was large and very clean. Sofa and chairs in lounge are wooden with thin cushions, so not comfortable for sitting on. Chairs on balcony were comfortable though. Breakfast was included in our room rate - a buffet with egg items made to order. Enough variety to suit everyone. Reception was very helpful in booking transport for us at a reasonable rate and adding it to our hotel bill so we just made one payment as we checked out. One transfer to the airport was included in our room rate and this was efficiently organised. Overall a good choice for Siem Reap and would use again.

We enjoy our stay here and the location of the hotel is just perfect. Very close to pub street and mall. Quiet at night. Always clean our room and refill our water supply. The breakfast is just nice.

Terrific stay
The staff at Chateau d' Angkor are fabulous. Thank you to Mr Koh and his team for attentive service and responsiveness to all our needs. Breakfast and the in house room service were good also, with reasonable room service prices. The hotel is an easy 2 minute walk to Heritage mall, and a tuktuk ride to great local restaurants like The Embassy, Marum, and Sugar Palm is only three dollars each way. Hope to be back someday.

Great location, near the city but quiet. Great service. We got an upgrade on arrival: the reception manager noticed my difficulty to walk and decided to give us a suite on the ground floor so I don't have to go up the stairs. Our stay was perfect!

This place was great for us having the two bedrooms with kids makes for a better holiday for the parents! Place was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if we go back to Siem Reap.

Nice, clean hotel. Large suites, comfortable bed, washing machine greatly appreciated, lounge furniture not particularly comfortable, hard wooden furniture. Quick efficient check-in by helpful and polite staff. Had a small issue with location of room, wasp nest outside which was beyond hotels responsibility, but hotel good enough to move us and upgraded our room which was appreciated. Good sized, well maintained pool. Good location for eats and shopping, short tuk tuk ride to Pub St. and markets. Breakfast Ok but not outstanding. Free shuttle to airport included. A good choice to stay at.

Great space for families with large apartment style accomm. Wonderful service with champagne and fruit on arrival. Location is superb with a short walk to the river and restaurants. Beautiful historic French Quarter.

Just ok, very basic
Our stay here was ok. No major complaints but I dont know why this hotel is rated so highly, I would try somewhere else in Siem Reap on a return trip rather than book here again. The room was very sparse with minimal furniture. The large rooms were nice but lacking on furniture and comfortable furniture. The kitchen and laundry washing machine would be nice for longer stays. The sheets and towels were very thin. It was clean but not perfect, a few hairs left behind etc. Service was good. Pool was nice after a hot day at the temples, best part was mojito's and pizza by the pool. Breakfast was decent. Wifi was quite slow, no streaming at all

Great hotel. Bit dated but comfortable. Amazing pool. Bit far from pub street (15 mins walk) my suite was huge. Had more than needed. Had even my own washing machine. Safe area, 24 hrs security. Not good WiFi

Lovely stay in Siem Reap
Hotel pool is divine, had some lovely swims. Rooms are huge (actually they are an apartment. Perhaps the beds could be more comfortable - actually they are as hard as rocks.

6 night stay in Siem Reap
Lovely hotel, great people, spacious room very friendly staff, nice breakfast every morning. mattresses and furnishings were quite hard, but that is not strictly unique to the hotel. Great proximity to pub street. Lots of tuk tuks around for rides. Free shuttle from airport to hotel but only one way. The ride back was $12. The hotel also sprayed the grounds for bugs one day with almost no warning to the guests. The pool was great.

Lovely hotel in the old French quarter
The rooms were very clean and spacious. We basically had our own apartment with a kitchen a huge lounge and dining and two bedrooms and bathroom. The breakfast was nice and the staff were really lovely. Great location...easy walk to restaurants, coffee and supermarket. Only downside...They were refurbing the pool tiles around the edge of the pool which was noisy in the morning and meant we couldn’t swim until 2pm - great that they are fixing the tiles though and I’m sure the work will be over soon 👍

Great deal in Siem Reap
The hotel is in a good location to walk around Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious and clean. A extremely good option at a very good price.

Excellent hotel in very good position,
Excellent hotel, good position, close to pub street, not far to airport. Clean, very helpful staff, no complaints, would recommend to friends and definitely would stay again.

Lovely hotel in good location
Perfect for children with a pool, the breakfast was nice to prepare for the day. The room was huge and we rally enjoyed Siem Reap.
