가격대비 무난한 호텔Posted Aug 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
예전부터 자주 이용한 호텔이어서 편안히 이용했습니다 단지 호텔 확장공사가 진행중이어서 약간의 소음과 불편함이 있었지만 여유롭게 이용했네요

전반적으로 좋습니다Posted Jul 1, 2014 on Hotels.com

Nice comfortable. .near to the airportPosted Jun 11, 2014
The rooms are big & comfortable. It is near to the airport & Cambodian Cultural Village. Transport by tuk-tuk to the town ( Old & Night markets) are plenty. It will cost USD 3 per trip. Tuk-tuk riders are nice. .

beautiful hotelPosted May 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
this is a beautiful hotel styled with authentic looking Cambodian artifacts. staff were very welcoming and helpful. the hotel is about 5 minutes by tuk tuk to the main shopping center at a cost of about $3usd. However, during the time we stayed, the pool and surrounds were being renovated and out of action. just a little disappointing but overall we were very happy with this hotel and would stay there again.

Great breakfast and very courteous services.Posted May 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
We booked six rooms and two of them were in the new building, so the bathrooms were much more modern. Overall the five-day stay was excellent as we had booked a transportation service every day to see the temples and the orphanages. The food at the restaurant for dinner was OK, but much more expensive than other places downtown. Service was excellent in all areas.

Lobby Nice, Gym Poor, Restaurant So-SoPosted May 6, 2014
Pros: Nice lobby. Pleasant front desk staff.
Cons: The gym is almost useless: broken equipment, no towels, no cold water, no mats for stretching. The gym needs a lot of improvement.
Location: Fairly close to the airport and the downtown via taxi but somewhat isolated for walking to anything but Korean or Japanese restaurants.
We stayed in the Empress Angkor Hotel for four nights as our base for touring the ruins of Angkor Wat etc. The hotel is located nearer the airport than it is to downtown Siem Reap, so is somewhat inconvenient for visiting the city for dinner etc. We were supposed to have access to a shuttle from the airport but the driver failed to identify himself, even when I shouted out asking for the Empress Shuttle. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room was okay but there was some noise from construction/renovation during the day. The gym was poor, with limited equipment, much of which was broken (e.g. universal gym). The restaurant was so-so: frantic in the crush of the morning buffet, and serving items which were not as presented in the menu. We did get a great discount by booking on Expedia!

Some of the roomsare not renovated(bath room). My room was one of the rooms not renovated. there are some small ants running on counters and desks. The hotel is Khmer style which is good to experience. The breakfast is ok for the 4 star hotel. There are a lot of group tour guests in the hotel so that it's front hall is always crowded. the hotel offers one way airport transfer and pub street free transfer as well
