Wonderful hotel and great staff- hospitality plusPosted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: The pool area was nicely maintained with tropical plants and comfortable seating in and out of the sun. Food and restaurant provided enjoyable meals.
Cons: I wouldn't change a thing. Wish I had booked for a longer stay.
Location: Cambodian circus, Kulen restaurant with traditional dance and the floating market were touching and exotic. Ankor Wat & other ruins are the main draw
Our reservation for Lotus Blanc was shifted to Borei Resort in Siem Reap , Cambodia. The hotel was beautiful, rate was modest. They called Tuk Tuks anytime we needed one., arranged for tours of the ruins at Ankor Wat and provided a marvelous buffet breakfast included in room price. The best was the attention of staff. Managers provided personal help and staff were always seeking to please us. I never felt so pampered. The hotel also provided free pick up and drop off to the airport. There were interesting things to do and dollars were accepted everywhere making money easier to manage.

Excellent value for money and perfectly adequate for travellers wanting quality accommodation. This is my third stay at Lotus Blanc just love it. Lovd the charming staff and breakfast is pretty amazing. Yes some slight refurbishment and a bit more decor could be done but you can't beat this hotel for value and ba little luxury. Stay here!

Great Value in Siem ReapPosted Jun 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
I voted 4's across the board as this is a 4-star hotel type property. It is close to the airport and they will provide free shuttle service if notified, which was helpful. We booked a tour to the temples via the hotel, and while more expensive than getting a guide or driver on your own, they provided us with a meal and enough water for the entire day in addition to the A/C truck and our tour guide. Nice pool area. Large rooms. Definitely worth the asking price and more.

Great hotel value, with amazing service.Posted May 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
I loved my stay. The hotel was an amazing value, and close to anything you would want to do (2 dollar ride to town). Friendly staff got me anything I needed with a smile: called transportation, set up a tour, and 2 hour massage. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a fabulous stay here the staff are wonderful the rooms are lovely.we got upgraded and loved our room ,comfy bed ,soft pillows.although there was renovations going on the whole of one side they tried hard to keep the noise down as best they could.having said that as it got closer and closer to our room the noise increased .one phone call 15 minutes later we were in a suite as far away as they could put us from the noise.Free complimentary massage each ,how's that for service. The pool area and gardens are truly beautiful .Thankyou Lotus Blanc will never forget our stay with you .

All the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. The restraint food was one of the best we had on our trip. Thank you.

Nice hotel but isolated.Posted May 7, 2014
Cons: Offer free transportation to town centre at least one way and that would help a bit.
Location: Way away from town center, but than distances are great to any main attractions here
Facilities are good, it has an enormous pool nice to relax but in the middle of nowhere so you have to take a tuk tuk every time you go out. Overpriced restaurant if you want to dine there,I though. That said the included breakfast is excellent
