Nice Hotel and Very Friendly StaffPosted Feb 25, 2015
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite. The hotel had a shuttle service from and to the airport which was part of our Expedia booking. Overall our stay and experience was excellent.

Cloud of smoke and terrible InternetPosted Feb 23, 2015
Very attractive hotel with nice staff, well-kept grounds and great breakfast. However, the hotel sits in a cloud of smoke from a small fire in the neighboring property (they're burning wood or straw or garbage). This was the case for some hours on every day we stayed there. It made the pool unusable, and you could smell the smoke in the lobby and restaurant as well. Fortunately our room was on the other side so this wasn't a problem there. The room was nice and spacious. The Internet connection was so slow that it wasn't possible to do any work involving Remote Desktop or Citrix, but OK if you're just checking email. The hotel is quite a distance from city center, so you have to take a ride to get anywhere. Rides are cheap but this gets old real quick; we were happier later in another hotel that was in the center and we could just walk everywhere.

Visitor satisfaction their priority.Posted Feb 20, 2015
Location: Angkor Wat
From the outset the staff were extremely polite, helpful and supportive and ensured we had a very comfortable few days(5) at the hotel. Breakfasts were exceptionally good, the pool large and spacious and relaxing after a warm day visiting temples. Our room had all necessary facilities and the hotel location ensured a peaceful and restful stay. I would recommend this hotel unreservedly as an excellent place to stay when visiting Diem Reap and the temples of Angkor Wat.

Excellent hotel overall.Posted Feb 18, 2015
Would truly recommend to anyone but when I tried to stay an extra night the staff had no idea what to do! To the point I had to go elsewhere!

lovely grounds, excellent location and great staffPosted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: everything was great
Cons: the one small issue that perhaps need attention is the mosquitos... once the sun sets they are in every corner in the hotel . should spray the grounds
excellent choice for exploring the temples. very close to the city center, tuk tuks are widely availale for $2 each way, it was marvelous while being quiet and calm as not in the city center itself.

Cruelty to birdsPosted Feb 16, 2015
Was really enjoying this hotel until i decided to go for a swim and outside was a large parrot like bird that was living in the most appallingly small cage that was rusty. The bird could only just fit in was unable to stretch its wings. I spoke to the poolman outside and he laughed and said the staff feed him rice i dont think he understood what i was saying. So i sort out a staff member that could speak english onside to explain that it was not a good image fir their establishment to have such a small cage and how it would be like them spending the rest of their lives living in a room the size of s toilet. The next hour the bird disappeared so have no idea what has happened to it just hope the have hot a much bigger cage fir the poor thing. Such luxurious surroundings but total lack of empathy to other life

Best hotel during my 3 week trip through SE Asia.Posted Feb 9, 2015
I'm not used to staying in hotels this nice. They really went out of their way to make sure I was all good at all times. I had only booked for one night. They picked me up at the airport, the food was excellent, and one of the managers/staff even got in the taxi with me when it was time to check in to my next hotel just to make sure there were no issues. It kind of blew my mind.

Beautiful and Elegant HotelPosted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: Staff, modern facilities, quite
Location: There is not much to do near by, but that is a good thing! Enjoy the wonderful hotel grounds and pool area. Downtown is just a short/ inexpensive trip
The hotel is relatively new as well as newly refurbished in 2014. The hotel is a short distance away from the bustling downtown area and is set back from the main street, which makes it peaceful and a bit like an owasis- welcomed after a long and hot day of walking and touring. Our room was very large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was so modern it looked like it was out of a magazine. The complementary breakfast buffet was possibly the most extensive (and delicious) one we encountered during a 2 week plus trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. We arranged pick up at the airport by e-mailing the hotel prior to arrival, and they were quick to reply with excellent information on things to do. Once at the hotel, it was amazingly easy to plan excursions both on our own and with a guide. We also used the spa, and now - two weeks later - my pedicure remains perfectly intact - a feat I have never experience.
