Delightful hotel, beautiful staff.....

Excellent value for money and perfectly adequate for travellers wanting quality accommodation. This is my third stay at Lotus Blanc just love it. Lovd the charming staff and breakfast is pretty amazing. Yes some slight refurbishment and a bit more decor could be done but you can't beat this hotel for value and ba little luxury. Stay here!

Nice hotel but isolated.

Posted May 7, 2014
Pros: Pool.
Cons: Offer free transportation to town centre at least one way and that would help a bit.
Location: Way away from town center, but than distances are great to any main attractions here
Facilities are good, it has an enormous pool nice to relax but in the middle of nowhere so you have to take a tuk tuk every time you go out. Overpriced restaurant if you want to dine there,I though. That said the included breakfast is excellent

Nice family hotel in Siem Rep

Posted Apr 29, 2014
Lotus Blac is between the Airport and the Siem Rep old city. very nice, family appropriate ambiance (unlike many "hostels" - which cater to budget/ student travelers). The staff at this hotel is awesome and very polite. Good, clean food and a great swimming pool.

People so nice and hotel beautiful!

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: The pool, the staff, the big and clean rooms
Cons: The quickness of service while at the pool
Location: Nothing around really - need to take a tuk tuk into the night markt area. BUT there is a market across the street and a pharmacy down the road.
This hotel over all is great! You have to take a tuk tuk to town and the temples (or a car) but it is nice to be away from the noise and hounding of the people in the Night Market Area. It is 1 dollar per person in the tuk tuk each way for a 10-15 min. ride depending on traffic. The pool is amazing. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious. We got a great deal for the Deluxe Twin Room ($60 a night). I would not want to pay much more than that though because there are other accommodations around for cheaper- but this is a resort- not a hotel and not a budget motel or guest house. You will have the best food, safe, clean, no bugs (maybe a gecko or two). Things are done a little slower, but that is cultural. Mr. Lim the manager is extremely friendly. They will arrange free pick up and drop off at the hotel which takes a lot of stress away when you first arrive. Booking trips and drivers is $5-15 more than booking on your own if you need to save money, but it is very convenient if you do not care about that. I would recommend to all!!

Nice hotel and very pleasant staff

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Staff
Cons: The facilities looked a little tired including the rooms.
Location: Location was very good being close to all the other major hotels and also to the airport.
We stayed for 4 days and it was a very pleasant trip for me and my family. Facilities were good but the staff were simply excellent, ie, very accommodating and friendly. I cannot recall being in a hotel where the staff come out of their way to ensure that you are being attended to. Keep up the good standard !

Nice hotel, fantastic breakfast buffet

Posted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: The pool and the breakfast buffet
Cons: Improve the room decor, it looks a bit dated.
Location: Nothing much in the immediate vicinity but in Siem Reap town nothing is too far either.
Nice hotel and facilities, fantastic breakfast buffet. The rooms are a bit dated though still in a good condition. The staff go out of their way to accommodate guest requests. However do not ever go for their evening BBQ dinners or the a la carte dinner, its very expensive considering the going rate in Siem Reap for the food of similar quality. I recommend you better take a TukTuk to the pub street and have your dinner there. Its well worth the commute. Internet connection works very well from the room and at anywhere within the hotel vicinity and is complimentary. The pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful.
