Name of hotel different than your website.

Pros: Serenity and location , hotels in town are too hectic. The village is quite unorganized , the night market is nothing but a junk sale yard of venders
Cons: First of all, Expedia's Web site needs to explain it is a resort hotel. Nested in a private road out of the main road 5 minutes from the airport.
Location: The temples near by are a must to visit.. Do get a private tour to any of the sights..
We thought we were in the wrong place, name is not the same , left out the word Resort on your advertising .. The Hotel is quite large and very busy, specially with Asian clientele. It is not a boutique hotel, neither intimate , however , I recommend staying at one of the Villas to obtain more comfort and privacy. Staff was attentive , although English is spoken, expect not to have a fluent knowledge of the language. Cambodia is still young in the Tourism Industry. Hotel is located near the airport, best part that is not on the main road , but near , so offer a much better setting and beautiful ground , surrounded by a a very complete spa area with many services, staff is not pushing and even at the bar or restaurant you can feel relaxed. Expect a slow flow as that is the Asian way of doing things, slowly & calmly . Night lobby lounge atmosphere with light music . Pleasant , but don't expect the quality of the Park Hyatt in town. Totally a different atmosphere. The Raffles & the Hyatt cater more to wester taste .

Perfect Getaway

Pros: Location, Decor, Kind Staff
Cons: nothing
Location: Midway between airport and downtown market area. Hotel provided free pick up from the airport and arranged for safe tuktuk drivers or a car each day.
It was a lovley setting full of beautiful flowering trees. The staff was helpful and put safety first. The room/villa itself was ideal for the perfect getaway.
