“Great value in Siem Reap”

We and our friends experienced a slight problem on check in as we were provided rooms overlooking the street rather than the pool view that we had booked and paid for. The front desk explained they were overbooked for those rooms, but said that they would move us the next day. They were good to their word and in fact upgraded us to junior suites the following day. The hotel is modern and was very clean, with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The key to a very pleasant stay was the staff. Front desk staff in particular were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool area each day. Location is very good as the hotel is in town, not on the airport road as many of the new large hotels are. Tuk tuks were the preferred mode of transport with good and fun drivers. Cost of tuk tuks was very reasonable.

“Prince D Angkor Hotel and Spa”

More old fashioned, traditional, dark wooden decoration, but nice. Overall it was a nice hotel, it is clean and people are very friendly. If you need information they try to help, sometimes it's easier to check those local travel guides or the internet. WiFi in my room wasn't very stable, so it wasn't always working. If you don't mind sleeping on a very hard bed with very hard pillows it's a nice solution to stay for a few days over there (I stayed for 8 nights). Very nice outdoor pool, rooms are pretty big, food is quite good.

“Great hotel for price (definitely book again if going to Siem Reap)”

Good points: location good (close to food/beer), nice pool, good service and excellent breakfast (quality and selection). I would definitely go there again.

“A thoroughly pleasant room and delightful stay”

The staff were very friendly and most helpful. I forgot my phone charger and they arranged for one at the front desk. Breakfast was a delightful experience!

“Nice higher end hotel with good amenities.”

Nice hotel with a classic style. Very nice lobby, bar, pool and restaurant. Restaurant food was good but not great. Buffet breakfast had lots of items and was well maintained. Very large salt water pool which was well maintained and nice poolside bar area. Room was spacious with nice TV and all expected amenities. Free WiFi in rooms but not very fast and business center computers were pretty dated and slow. Very good location within walking distance of the markets and restaurant areas. Would stay there again although nice accommodations can be had in Siem Reap for less money. I did not use any of the spa services so cannot comment on those.

“Special time in Siem Reap”

We spent 3 nights and had a wonderful time, close proximity to Pub Street and the Night Markets. The swimming pool was fantastic especially after a long day at the Angkor Wat Temples. Would highly reccommend this Hotel.

“Good convenience and service, but time for hotel to be updated”

The hotel is located in the Old Market Area and has within walking distance restaurants, shopping, banks, and other urban comforts. The hotel is large, spacious and decorated well. However, it is obvious that the facility is aging and needs to be updated. The rooms are likewise. Nice, large rooms with solid wooden flooring. There is space to serve as work area but hooking up computers, phones and cameras is a problem due to the way the plugs are located. There is no comfortable work chair. Wifi is available, but the signal was rather poor. Room, especially bath had an odd, old smell. For breakfast the hotel offers a nice spread including a phenomenal hydrated basil seed fare. Overall, I liked the hotel. But, I wish they update the facilities for a better stay experience.

“Cambodia”

The hotel serviced it's purpose. Based on the other hotels, it appeared to be better maintained and give a nicer appearence.
