Stayed in this hotel for a week. It is quite far from the main part of the city and areas like pub street and night market. So be prepared to pay $2 per tuktuk ride to get to those areas.
The hotel is a bit old but clean. Rooms are very spacious and are cleaned everyday without a hitch and they provide you with more than enough clean towels and bottled water daily. The staff are very nice and are always willing to help. I requested to have an extra chair and table in my room for work and they provided without question.
Just hoping that they'd get the hotel elevator running. During my stay, we had to use the stairs and we were on the third floor. I feel sorry for those old grandparents I see slowly climbing or going down the stairs.
Regarding the inclusive breakfast, it is buffet but don't expect a grand one. The buffet is very simple with main dishes which is mostly vegetarian. They do have toasts and eggs, coffee, milk, juice, jam, butter... the basic breakfast which is okay.
Overall, this is a good hotel given the price. Very nice staff and peaceful surroundings.
