Exquisite thoughtful service. Perfect.

This is an exclusive hotel within the hotel. A quality of service, thoughtfulness of staff, unparalleled attention to details. 24 hours Lexus car and driver, very handy to go to Angkor and other temples. A well as to go to the nightly places. Perfect: complementary afternoon cocktail, restocked minibar. wines and fruits in the room and private area wonderful breakfast. The best hotel I have stayed in in 30 years. Better than Raffles Phnom Penh or Nikko Hanoi that I stayed in during this trip. But really the best is the wonderful staff and attention to details.

New Years

Posted Jan 12, 2015
We stayed over the New Year's Eve. It was excellent. The staff were always there for us, the massage was a nice touch, the daily tours around the temples were great, the driver took us into town when we needed to get medical supplies, The rooms are a great design. The only down side is that the beds are very firm/hard. As I discovered later in my trip this is very common in Asia. The New Years Eve celebration was amazing. We were seated with other interesting and very friendly English speaking guests. We had excellent local hosts with perfect English, traditional displays, a few silly games which we participated in, an amazing covers band, plenty of food and sweet treats, plenty of drinks, dancing, fireworks, a balloon drop at midnight. It was all over too quickly. We loved every moment of it and I think we will never have another night like it. Go there for New Years Eve, you wont regret it.

至れり尽くせりのホテル

Posted Dec 29, 2014

Fast perfekt

Posted Dec 29, 2014

A delightful stay

Posted Dec 24, 2014
Pros: It has an authentically local feeling but run with precision and care.
Cons: the local food in the dining room could be a bit more expansive and interesting
Location: The location is on a busy road but it's set back from it and surrounded by greenery,so feels very tranquil. the night market is nearby.
The Borei Angkor is an established local hotel in the area, and the Privilege Floor within it is a specially designated floor with a high caliber of service and amenities. We enjoyed the open air terrace at meal times overlooking the tranquil neighbourhood and the staff on the floor were exceptionally attentive and helpful. A car and driver are provided for the duration of the stay which is really convenient and good value.. Altogether, I would definitely recommend a stay here during a visit to Angkor Wat.

Beautiful hotel with Impeccable service

Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: The quality as well as location was excellent. It was not far from the airport, temples, shopping or restaurants.
Location: It was a great location for either enjoying all the hotel has to offer or enjoying the city
Excellent knowledgable staff, that greeted us by name each time we returned from sightseeing and dinner. The driver provided made the trip more enjoyable. We received cold water for sightseeing and returned to receive cold towels. The lounge breakfast and evening reception were very good with numerous choices and friendly staff. Wonderfully, accommodating for our departure flight at 10:45 pm. I arranged for an hour treatment in the spa prior to departure that was also top quality.

Best holiday in a long time...

Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: The best part is the flexibility to manage breakfast/brunch which is open until 3 pm and the availability of 24hrs vehicle for the package
Cons: The only letdown was the spa services. Definitely lots to improve.
Location: Ideal 20 mins drive from airport.Lots to do including all the historical spots but the icing on the cake was the spectacular circus performance
This holiday was a much needed break for us and everything from the arrival until departure including the accomodation and hospitality extended was top notch. Since we could not get connecting rooms, we were upgraded to the Royal suite which really made our stay cosy especially for the kids. The service level exceeded our expectations every time we requested for anything. Everyone knows your name and everyone addresses you by name with a smile which is a welcome change

Best Hotel Ever

Posted Nov 29, 2014
First of all, we would like to thank our hosts Jacky,Alex and Mr. Say who made sure that our stay at the Privilege Floor was nothing short of spectacular. Every single little detail and requests was taken care of till the point where we had to literally do nothing but enjoy all the wonderful facilities that they had to offer. Many thanks to our driver Mr. Riblov and our tour guide Mr. Pritchet (hope i spelt your names right), both of whom were very informative and friendly, and absolute delight to talk with! The staff were all polite and friendly and small details like cold towels and water after a long walk around the temples were just the icing on the cake on this wonderful journey :) We would definitely recommend the Privilege Floor to anybody who is considering visiting Siem Reap!
