Nice location, convenient with a bus stop down the street. Great breakfast, nice shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, nice room but, as is common in Europe, thin walls.

We wanted to experience a country house but the room amenities were very old. I got locked in the bathroom and I couldn't get out for almost 30mins. I would not go there again.

Regarding your room and especially the bathroom door, there were a few unluckyissues: Unfortunately the family that occupied your room the night before, broke the handle of the bathroom door; and regrettably our housekeeping service obviously completely forgot to settle the handle, which we apologize very much. And we really wish we could make this undone for you. Please keep in mind, mistakes and failures happen all over the world and it's a part of life. Nice little spot outside of town
Great little place that is quiet and relaxed but close to town. Nice location with easy, free parking. Short bus up the hill into town. There is a restaurant and bar on site which is nice. Rooms were great and staff nice.

You will need to take a bus to Siena’s walled area. Room is clean but basic. Breakfast is fine too and the nightly rate was incredibly reasonable. Suspect a livelier crowd in the summer but we are here in November

In Siena easy to stay outside the walled city and take the bus in. This little b&b is a gem. Not expensive- 10 minute bus ride into the city. Includes breakfast which has fruit, pastries, yogurt, and cereal plus any style of coffee you want or tea - whatever. Downstairs is a sweet bar and small restaurant. Food is delicious- typical Tuscan. Lots of desserts

Relax in Siena
We had a very comfortable 6 days here. Gabrielle and Antoniette were happy to help with any request. It's has a relaxing, quiet environment. Good daily breakfast, but with little variation. Thanks for a great stay!

Great value B & B close to Siena
A short bus ride away from the centre of Siena, with buses running every 15mins. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff were fantastic, even dropping me off at the bus station on my last morning! Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful stay. The family who owns the hotel are wonderful, very nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and we ate it outside in a lovely garden. Its located down the hill from Siena, there is good bus service up to the town the bus stop is close to the hotel and runs frequently. The location worked for us as we had a car and were able to park at the hotel and drive around exploring Chianti and Tuscany.

Loved this place!
Had the perfect stay. Very quiet place. Nice room. Great staff. Bus stop down the hill to take you the city center which is a few minutes away. Bus comes every 15 minutes, so, very easy! Bus across the street takes you to train station. Breakfast room is very good, or you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the Siena countryside. I would stay here again in a second.

First rate B&B.
Stayed for 2 nights. Greeting was superbe. Our room was next to a busy road but due to curtains and shutters on the windows, we were oblivious to the out side world. Excellent family run accommodation, with a pride taken in every aspect.

A short stay in Sienns
This hotel was about 20 minute walk from Sienna which was ideal for us as it was quiet away from the excitement of the Palio. Good breakfast, comfortable and very friendly.

Siena special surprise
We stayed at this B&B for only one night but let me say, I wish I could have stayed another night just to enjoy the room and the amenities . Great B&B and the associated bar/restaurant were good as well.

Close to city center
Plan to take the bus which runs frequently very closeby or have a car to get into Siena center from Hotel Tufi. Breakfast offers several choices. Cute bar just below the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not fancy here but good value for the cost. Also offers fast reliable internet service.

Very nice small hotel
My wife and I enjoyed our stay and found our room comfortable. The location of this hotel is not conducive to walking to Siena. You'll definitely need a car or you can take the bus (we didn't try this as we had our own car). The Internet was excellent and easy to log on to. The bathroom was spotless and had a decent shower. The surrounding neighborhood overlooks a highway and is nothing to write home about, but the hotel is very comfortable and the staff was more than helpful with information about the hotel and the area. For the price, we'd recommend it.

Very nice place for visiting Siena
The hotel is located about a mile outside one of Siena gates, and convenient to Siena with bus service or a walk if one is so inclined. We stayed only one night, but everything was great, the hotel manager was very friendly and provided recommendations for good local restaurants. The room is comfortable and clean.

Conveniently close to freeways and Siena gate
Staff was very accommodating. Very nice parking by the house. Rather noisy location as it is close to freeways. Noise was not an issue in the room. Room was nice and comfortable, tall ceiling, sliding door to garden. Shower very small, but not unusual for Europe. Nice garden where we had breakfast. Siena is wonderful and a very short drive away. There is a bus stop within walking distance,too.

Location is great to visit Siena
What else you can ask for? The reception staff was very welcoming, explaining all about the B&B facilities, wifi, check-in/out times and very helpful when talking about what to visit in Sienna and its surrounds. We stayed in a triple room (two single and sofabed), room spacious. The bathroom was reasonbly sized and very clean (well, the whole establishment was spotless!). There is a garden where you can have your breakfast (complimentary). The B&B is on the same road where the carpark is (as you cannot drive into Siena). Highly recommend!

Enjoyable Stay
We stayed 3 nights while we did day trips in and around Siena and can't say enough about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating in every way - especially greeting guest and preparing breakfast each morning. They also helped us with our daily activities.. We had a room on the first floor next to the breakfast room that had a separate optional entrance from outside the courtyard. It was nice to go directly into the courtyard to have our breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The only negative, and it was not an issue with us, is that the breakfast room has some activity around 8am, and if you are not ready to get up at this time, another room would be better for you. We had a car but preferred to go into Siena 2 nights during our stay without the hassle of parking. We missed the bus the first night, which is a close walk away, and decided not to wait on the next bus and walk in to town thinking it was only a "20" minute walk. The walk is uphill on a moderately busy street where there is very little room to get safely off the road in spots. We are in good shape and tackled the walk aggressively; taking us 35 minutes. Walking back downhill was 20 minutes. Recommendation: If you need a decent workout, walk but be careful - otherwise wait on the bus. Overall, a great place to stay in Siena at a reasonable rate. We would love to stay here again upon our return.

Convenient B&B out of town
We had a clean room, in a newly built anex. A bit pricey for what you get. Owner was very kind and efficient to give us information, maps of the city and make sure we could move easily (she sold us tickets for the bus). Very close to bus station. Breakfast was good. Room was next to road, so a bit noisy in the morning. They offered for us to change the next day since they did not have another room available that night. We were recommended "Osteria della nonna di lella e dado" which was ok but a bit of a tourist trap.

Siamo stati in questo hotel più volte tra il 2019 e il 2020 e per noi è stato sempre molto buono (colazione buona, prezzo onesto, spazio esterno ben curato) Questa volta è stata una brutta sorpresa, la nostra camera era sporca con molta polvere sotto il letto e insetti. Non aveva un minibar e mancava di servizi per il bagno, cuscini e asciugamani. L'area esterna è sporca, con erba alta e la vecchia sala colazioni è sporca. Credo che l'amministrazione dell'hotel sia cambiata. Questa volta non consiglio più questo hotel.

Gentile cliente, Devo dire che ricevere un simile giudizio non è mai piacevole, soprattutto per il nostro staff alla luce dell'impegno che tutti i membri profondono per rendere il più piacevole possibile il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti . Le camere e le aree comuni vengono pulite ogni giorno in maniera impeccabile dalle nostre donne. In ogni caso avrebbe potuto fare presente quanto riporta nella sua recensione alla reception, avremmo immediatamente provveduto a cambiarle la camera. Ha invece preferito non dire nulla, per poi partorire una recensione che non rende giustizia al nostro lavoro. Ma abbiamo le spalle larghe, quindi accettiamo le sue critiche che saranno un ulteriore sprone per migliorarci sempre di più. Cordiali saluti Maryna reception

Si vous revenez cet été vous découvrirez une situation complètement différente, fini les petits déjeuners à emporter ! Vous pourrez prendre votre petit-déjeuner dans notre nouveau bar dédié en toute détente, occupant les tables de notre jardin verdoyant. Bello e pulito, da curare i servizi.
Buon B&B, buona posizione e ottima pulizia. Splendido giardino. Sara' stato il periodo, ma un po' carente nei servizi: reception da aspettare, doccia traballante, colazione un po' caotica in un locale molto piccolo rispetto al numero di utilizzatori.
