Good beds and excellent breakfast buffet. No a/c in May and the hotel does not live up to the photos and is more dated than the photos suggest. Service was a bit too surly as well at Front Desk.

Good hotel for pricePosted Oct 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
By no means a real 4 star hotel, but for the inexpensive price it is a very good choice. The rooms are bright, clean, with good bathrooms and beds, the breakfast is above average, wifi free in room, and a convenient location to explore Tuscany. The hotel is a bit dated and fairly basic with amenities but again, you can't go wrong overall for the price.

Best Western - Chianciano TermePosted Nov 15, 2009
Most appreciated - free soft drinks in the mini bar and free tea and coffee on request. Least appreciated - hiring of bathrobe/ slippers for the spa was compulsory with an extra daily charge to use the indoor pool. Hotel was as good as I expected from a Best Western, staff helpful and room warm and comfortable.

Great hotelPosted Jul 15, 2008
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and a good base from which to explore southern Tuscany. Treatments in the spa were pricey, but when in Rome... (or rather when in Chianciano Terme!) No problems at all, only thing was the 'double bed' was two single beds pushed together, which meant I fell down the gap in the middle fairly frequently, but I think that is a common arrangement in many Italian hotels. Chianciano Terme had very few foreign tourists, it was flooded with Italians over the weekend and then seemed to completely empty during the week. Grand Hotel Admiral Palace did seem to be by far the best hotel in the town.

La struttura è moderna / sopraelevata rispetto agli altri Hotel: di gode di un'ottima vista. L'hotel è di categoria decisamente superiore rispetto agli altri di Chianciano
