Great location!
Nice hotel. Great location walking distance to everything. Good breakfast i cluding gluten free bread and other items. No music nor ambiance in bar/ salon.

Pleasant stay
This is a modern hotel on the edge on Pienza old town. Easy short walk into town. Room was spacious (although the decor might not be to everyone’s taste!). Decent option for a night or 2 stay in Pienza.

Lovely hotel, great location.
The hotel was lovely and the staff was great. The location couldn't be beat. Easy to get in/out of town by car for adventures in countryside or other nearby towns. 5 minute walk to old Town centrale. It was REALLY hot c when we were there and the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up. Luckily we had reqested a floor fan prior to arrival and it was on the room. It helped a lot. Still a little warm. The breakfast was also very nice...good selection of hot and cold items...mostly cold.

Excellent location, wonderful staff. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options including scramble eggs, bacon, fruits, homemade pastries and yogurt. They have parking onsite which was a big plus. Rooms are big and modern.

Relaxing stay
Loved Pienza and the hotel was a delight. Personal service, easy parking and a walk to the centre. Artisan wares in the centre and views to fur for. Great linen and pillows and a comfort bed.

A great destination.
Lovely hotel which we would highly recommend. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly and engaging and the cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Pienza is a wonderful destination.

Nice, Clean Hotel
The hotel staff was nice, facilities clean and in very good condition. I have two separate issues not related to each other. First, I was charged €10 to get some clothes pressed I would of done it myself but the gentleman at the front desk said that irons were “ not allowed” to be used by the guests. He claimed that nowhere in Italy guests could use irons? I’ve lived and traveled Italy for 7 years and I’ve never heard this before, plus, I was not given a receipt for my €10 and Italians ALWAYS give receipts for any transactions. That leads me to believe that I might of been taken advantage of and that someone pocketed €10. The second issue was that the very small TV was very outdated and along with the less than high quality bed comforter made the room feel not like a 4 star hotel.

Thank you for your review and for the good rate. It's true, for security reasons is not allowed to use irons in the rooms. It happened in the past that people with their own iron used it over the bed and damaged our covers. So we try not to give irons to the guests rather we provide laundry service and of course this has a cost. We gave you the receipt for the stay and all the extras, please double check. Thank you.

Charming hotel
Spacious and spotlessly clean, the hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from the Pienza’s historical center. Polite and efficient staff. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to our friends.

Don’t Stay for the View
A little over priced - view was obstructed by a building directly in front of my room. Breakfast was complete and proper. Hot tubs are a bonus. Parking is easy. Walking distance to restaurants and city center.

Not all the room of our hotel have the view over the valley, just the Superior rooms built on the valley side have it and they can be requested upon reservation and it . It is not written anywhere that all the rooms have the view so it may happen to have a room with no valley view. When is possible, at check-in time, to upgrade a reservation to a room with view we are always glad to do it. Wonderful hotel!

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel.. Almost everything is the same. But parking is more terrible. They only have less than 10 car spaces for customers. Actually I got a parking violation ticket from municipal police office. And, the mattresses are still in low quality. Shower room needs to be redesigned for better usager.

We know that parking the car here in Pienza during week-ends may be a little difficult and that's why we are always ready to help our guest with this task. As far as the parking violation ticket is concerned, as I told you at the moment of the check-out, you got it NOT in Pienza but in MONTEPULCIANO (in the ticket it was written that it was issued by the munucipal police office of Montepulciano, not Pienza) so there was nothing we could really do as it was issued in another town and we didn't have anything to do with it. I'm really sorry that you got it but it wasn't our fault. As for the mattresses and shower we will consider your suggestions as we value a lot every feedback that our guests decide to leave us. Pienza Palace
The hotel staff were welcoming from beginning to end. The elevated deck with jacuzzis has a spectacular view and a great place to relax. The breakfast buffet has a fantastic assortment of foods. The wait staff is right on top of telling your lattes. Wonderful place to stay.

Outstanding location in a wonderful Tuscany town!
