Great stay overall!
It was a great place to stay. Not in city center but a easy taxi ride into the city. Staff was wonderful! Front desk arranged all our taxi requests. Nice parking area in front of hotel. Good buffet breakfast, a variety of foods and beverages.

The hotel is nice and as expected: clean, quiet rooms (despite location), and good transport/walkable into town. The staff were excellent, so friendly and super helpful.

The property was well positioned if you had a car to get to and from the main part of Siena. It would be quite a walk if you didn't. Overall, the location was exactly what we expected and was a clean and safe place to stay.

Great hotel with good facilities and spacious rooms. This place is good if you are travelling by car as there is free parking. The only issue is that it is far to get into the heart of Siena but there is bus nearby which is frequent. The only problem is that the bus does not go run late and so you are reliant on taxis.

Well located safe, modern stay near Centro
Amazing personalized service and e excellent English speaking. Good breakfast buffet and concern about safety. Wifi was problematic but they actively arranged technical service.

The staff was amazing and very helpful! She helped lay out plans for the day with maps and advice. Provided me with ice and a electronic adapter also.

They were accommodating. It was my daughter and I traveling together. We were placed in a floor level room and we like to sleep with the window opened. I asked to be placed one level up and she said no I didn't pay for a room on the higher floor. The hotel was almost empty and it didn't seem like that great of a request.

Good location ! Great for travelers with car
If you are driving in Siena , this hotel is easily located and has a big spacious parking lot right upfront so it make driving very easy . You can just buy bus tickets at the hotel for your ride up to the Siena city center . Bus stop is located after crossing the round about and turn left walk straight and you see a bus stop . For me , while walking I look at the bus that drove by me and knew there will be a stop in front . Bus come every 15 mins from .:03 First night I stayed at a room where there is no WiFi and they can’t change a room for me till the next day . My suggest is you check the WiFi coverage of the room first before you decide to take it if WiFi is very important to you as not all room has WiFi . Breakfast selection is just very average and in my opinion not worth to pay for it . Good location , good for drivers that need parking .overall I am happy with the hotel !

The hotel staff was exceptional, especially Alessia who spoke many languages to help us and guests around us during check in. She was very informative about how to get around during a holiday and how to best see the city. This hotel is a bus/cab ride from historic Siena, so keep that in mind, but transit was quite easy.

Continental breakfast was quite adequate. Parking was plentiful. Bathroom (especially the shower) was very small. The shower head needed cleaning for better flow.

Riccardo was fantastic. Very helpful and pleasant. Went out of his way to show us routes and recommend places to visit. The only minor issue was that breakgast could've been a little better. But overall, excellent.

We stayed overnight with another couple while visiting Siena. The location is a short cab ride from the center of town, but very convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My wife received a massage from the small spa in the hotel. The therapist actually stayed an extra half hour to fit her in! We will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel just outside of Siena city centre
Good value for its location. Approximately a 20 minute walk to Siena city centre. There is a local bus if you don't want to hike up. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Air conditioner is good. Good connection to wifi. We purchased the option that included breakfast. Not the best but convenient given that we weren't going back into city centre in the morning. We got to this hotel via taxi from the bus terminal (we took a bus from Florence to Siena) but there is parking available for those arriving by car. We stayed one night before picking up a rental car from Europcar that is approx. 3.5km away from the hotel.

Clean hotel. Looks much better in the photos.
Not a bad hotel for the price, but a bus ride away from the city itself. From what we heard from the other tourists we met, you'd be better off spending your money on accommodation within the city walls. The hotel served its purpose, but I wouldn't stay here again nor recommend it particularly.

The stuff was very helpful and kind. The hotel looks very modern. However the breakfast was a bit minimalistic and not as good as everything else. The wifi didn't work for one of us unfortunately. Not sure if the problem was with the phone, but the simple steps didn't work.

Hotel is ver good. However, we walked from.the centre of town to the hotel. I will not recommend it. Roads are not safe on foot. Rather use public transportation.

A good choice for accommodation near Siena
Expecting a Motel 6 type place, we were pleasantly surprised. Easy to find, easy to park, clean, very good breakfast room, food and service. Walk to evening dinner at local restaurants. Located on a main road into Siena, but you stil need to park and walk😄

Perfectly located close to the bus to Siena; a great option if you're travelling by car. The staff were wonderful, great service with a smile, even when we arrived after midnight! The welcome sparkling wine and swans were a lovely surprise for our honeymoon. Great value accommodation and service beyond its price range. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, with great staff!!
Amazing hotel!! As soon as we arrived the gentleman on the front desk was so lovely and helpful. He explained everything about siena and the best travel options to get into the town. The room was very spacious and had sky tv. The lovely part was the fact the hotel left us a complimentary bottle of prosecco and left rose pettles on the bed because we were visiting for our anniversary. Would definitely come back to this hotel again.
