“Explore the Tuscan countryside”
If you're looking for a nice, clean, reasonably priced hotel as your launching point for your Tuscany adventure, this is it. It is well located right off of the Superstrada about 20km from Siena and 40km from Florence. The room was quiet, clean and a great value. The staff was extremely welcoming and ready to assist in any way. If the goal of your trip is to explore many of the small towns and vineyards that make Tuscany so special, this is a great choice to stay. Only about 10 min to the medieval walled town or Monterrigoni, a personal favorite!

“Early Wakeup”
A nice hotel that is very convenient to the highway between Florence and Siena. The town is a great location for seeing all of Tuscany. The only downside is that hotel is used by tour agencies so there are usually a few tour buses each night. The 6 AM "wakeups" as the whole floor seemingly gets up to go out for the day can be tiresome.
“Stark verbesserungswürdig”
Der Empfang bei der Rezeption um 14.30 Uhr war zwar freundlich, jedoch mussten wir trotz Voranmeldung noch bis 15.oo Uhr warten, ohne dass ein Bistro bzw. Cafe zur Verfügung standen (Wir hatten eine lange Anreise aus Neapel per Auto!) Die Minibar im Zimmer war leer und wurde trotz Rückfrage nicht aufgefüllt. Im hauseigenen Restaurant im Untergeschoss wurden wir abends um ca. 21.10 Uhr nur widerwillig bedient (einziger freundlicher Kellner stammte aus Frankreich/Tunesien). Zwei Reinigungskräfte weckten uns morgens bereits gegen 8.30 Uhr durch wiederholtes Klopfen an der Tür . Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde nicht ausreichend mit Geschirr eingedeckt.

Un quattro stelle venuto a meno. Poca pulizia: Ho trovato peli sul lavandino del bagno e la stanza si vedeva vecchia ed usuratissima. Il frigo bar era praticamente vuoto. Il parcheggio è in un area dove passa la spazzatrice e dovevo togliere la macchina alle 6 del mattino. La colazione poteva essere migliore. Mancava il comnando per la televisione. C'era solo una presa di corrente. Non mi è piaciuto. Nonostante ho trovato una offerta, comunque, il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato assolutamente NEGATIVO. NON TORNERO'
“sehr schmutziges Hotel”
Wo haben die ihre 4 Sterne bekommen? sehr schmutzige Zimmer habe sogar alte Socken gefunden. Badezimmer müsste dingend renoviert werden. Zimmerbar leer und defekt. TV defekt usw.
“Hôtel 4 étoiles que par le nom : A éviter absolument : Très déçu”
Hôtel mal entretenu ! Prestations indignent d'un quatre étoiles ! Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre (au menu boîtes de conserve, jus d'orange chaud, etc) Les murs de la chambre sont abîmés, la literie est de mauvaise qualité. Seul le personnel est sympathique et lui-même se plaint des conditions de travail Lamentable !

arrivo all'hotel alle 20 salgo in camera e si erano dimenticati di risettarla. sono sceso e dubitavano delle mie lamentele. mi han fatto aspettare nella hall mentre qualcuno saliva a rifare i letti. non si sono ne scusati ne mi hanno offerto un drink nell'attesa. hotel scarsamente manutenuto adatto solo a comitive straniere in gita con pullman. dubito dell'attuale veridicita' della classificazione quattro stelle.
