Amazing city, amazing stay.
Great service, great breakfast, quiet, convenient, pretty location. Super nice people. Excellent experience. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I returned to San Giminano.

Rooms fairly small but made up for by wonderful garden area with seating giving views I over the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Within easy walking distance of the main squares and a good car park. Friendly hosts too. Pool also lovely and welcome after a hot afternoon in San Gimignano.

Friendly convenient hotel
Great hotel just a short walk (uphill) to the middle of San Gimignano. Really friendly hosts, good breakfast and free parking which is a real luxury here. Would definitely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Lovely Villa with great location
Very good small Villa with very nice location to see San Gimignano and Tuscany. The swimming pool is a plus if you feel hot and to relax with lovely views of the surrounding hills.

Nice Hotel - walking distance to the old city.
This was a week trip to Italy and one of our nights in wine country. This hotel was chosen for it's proximity to town - walking distance, price and the customer ratings on Expedia. The hotel has free parking and amazing views of the surrounding country side.

Hotel is about 1 km. away from the town not far but there is no sidewalk so you must be very careful of the traffic. Considering good price it was worth a stay. Another big plus was a car park. St. Gimignano is amazing place , not to be missed. Really unique.

Pros Large garden nice view over the valley. Free self parking Cons Bus rides to the centre are few and far in betwen (every30 min). We got on the wrong bus ended up spending over an hour getting back to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was a little crowded one coffe machine for all the guests. Internet connection was useless

A good hotel to visit San Gimignano
The family run hotel is pleasant and situated 500 metres to one of San Gimignano's gates. It is well situated to visit this historic city, while not having to worry about parking, and parking is an issue with this tourist spot. The WiFi and breakfast were good. The hotel staff are helpful in answering your questions (even thought all the staff do not speak English). The hotel does have a nice garden area and play area for children. There is a swiming pool but it was still closed for May. We would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel rooms were ok and they were clean and comfortable. The outside area was great. They served breakfast outside. They had a turtle walking around the breakfast area and it was fun. The pool was very nice and quiet. The people who worked there were super friendly.

Family driven, perfect located
The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to San Gimignano and several other tours from there in short distance (Pisa, Volterra, Lucca). The room is very clean, the garden lovely with nice Toscana view and several sitting areas, the pool a great plus on hot days. There is the nephew who speaks very good English, gives tour advises, not as some reviews say here. The uncle does not speak English but is so friendly and open minded that it works with a bit of each language and a warm smile. The breakfast is good, the dinner very good, they should advertise this more or offer a lunch instead of the dinner after a tour and before spending the evening in the town, we would have eaten there much more as it was very good. Our dog was very welcome! We will recommend to family and friends!

Hotel bem simples. Se estiver de carro é excelente pois esta fora da Zona de Trafego Limitado sendo possível deixar o carro no hotel e ir a pé para San Gimignano. Os quartos com moveis antigos porém suficiente para a estadia.

Hotel désuet, fané, bien que propre, situé à 10 mn à pied du bourg. Petit déjeuner un peu spartiate. l'avantage et l'inconvénient: la piscine. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car les abords étaient infestés de moustiques. Quel dommage! C'est pour la piscine que nous avions choisi l'hôtel. Par contre grand parking gratuit

angenehmes Hotel in guter Nähe zum Zentrum
das Hotel liegt äußerst Zentral für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. das Ortszentrum von San Gimmignano ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Unser Zimmer war klein aber fein, das Badezimmer geräumig und gut zu belüften. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichend und es gab alles was man so braucht.

Ganz tolles Hotel mit Panorama Aussicht, sehr nettem Personal, toller Pool. Kurze Wege bis in die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber. Ich habe micht hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
