I have no words. My and my wife been there for 17 nights and fell in love with the place. This town is amazing, Signa is lovely, there's a supermarket and 2 great pastries & coffee houses downstairs, place is quiet with a nice lake nearby. The Hotel owner upgraded us for free to Junior suite, we love it so much. The room has all the little benefits and every thing shows great attention to details. It has everything, we were there on the end of winter, so we used the central water pipes heating (whatever it's called), temperature was always pleasant. We shopped downstairs at Penny Market for groceries, then cooked our own breakfast, supper and dinner, for a cost of 8 EUR a day, very cheap. Train is 1 km walk away, or you can take the shuttle, driven by the receptionist. Any time we needed, they took us there or from the train station. Price of travel from Signa train station to Firenze S.M.N. or the other way around is 2.5 EUR for adult. So transportation is not a problem. Cellular reception for 3ITA is great, we were on a data plan but the hotel has free Wi-Fi all day long. Walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbours, but they didn't make noise at night or morning, so we had a good night sleep on the huge king size bed. We loved everything. It's perfect. Price was very good as well. We recommend strongly, this place is a treasure.

I stayed for 6 days for the Biz trip in Florence. The good points are available free parking lot, good kindly service, nice breakfast, cleaning room and the kind owner who is Luca. all things are pretty satisfied for me..!

its a 20 min train ride into florence, they pick you up and take you to yhe shuttle. Very nice staff, only issue was AC went out around 8:30 pm and they were gone. we had to sleep with the windows open. the Scottish pub down the steet is very popular and kept us up. overall nice hotel and staff

Excellent value hotel which was surprisingly modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for us on our car tour of Tuscany - free parking at the hotel was much appreciated! There's a modest choice of things to do in the evening in Signa; the 'Scottish' bar across the road, and a rather excellent restaurant or two nearer the town centre (about 1km walk). Florence is easily accessible by train, with the station a 20 minute walk away (we decided to walk for a look around, instead of using the hotel's free shuttle service). Make sure you ask about train services at the hotel, as there is rarely anyone at the station and the trains themselves do not state where or in which direction they are going!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The staff was superb, Very Helpful with transportion information, train station pick-up and drop-off. The breakfast was good, Italian pasteries, coffees, etc. The breakfast staff were very nice, Ebenis, Denel, the girls at the front desk Francesca, Ramona, the Hotel owner were all helpful and nice and they made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!
