Beautifully clean beach. Great for morning walksPosted Feb 1, 2014
Pros: Large bed, and very clean swimming pool.
Cons: Staff was friendly, but unable to be as directly involved in bookings, etc. as some of the smaller hotels we stayed at in Cambodia.
Location: Trips to islands, unfortunately we chose a rough sea day, and the boat trip was a bit rocky. Too wavy for snorkeling.

Privacy on the beach with a nice pool.Posted Jan 4, 2014
Pros: On the beach, clean beach, no vendors, clean pool and very good breakfast--2-3 egg chefs all morning. Easy tuk tuk ride many restaurants-cheap!
Cons: There is a clear lack of information about what to do, how to get there, what's available etc. Nothing in the rooms to inform you about the area etc.
Location: I wish I knew...obviously, tons of places to eat nearby--Marco Polo is excellent for pizza or pasta, and great choices at Mick and Craigs
Great pool, very nice beach (although, there were "stingers" in the water) and lounge chairs. The food was average, so there was no reason to eat there. Lots of restaurants a few minutes away. The staff was very nice and were very attentive. Our room was terrific, although figuring out the lighting was and still is a mystery. Not too surprised at seeing a couple of foot long rats, but during the day? Yikes...Overall was a terrific experience.

Nice hotel on great beachPosted Dec 11, 2013
Pros: Private beach and pool area
Cons: Better lighting in the rooms as they are too dull at night.
Location: Lemongrass restaurant is very nice (expensive). Town centre is near by ($2 tuk tuk ride or a free walk!).
Really nice resort and a great private beach. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very nice and fiendly - some were more knowledgeable than others (Sam at the front desk was absolutely wonderful).

Total Let DownPosted Dec 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Having been travelling for 3 weeks we booked a Deluxe Ocean View room (paid for in full months ago) as a relaxing treat. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a water bungalow, we were taken by buggy out of the main hotel entrance, down the road and back into the hotel grounds at the far end, about quarter of a mile away, to a bungalow on stilts over stagnant water, the room was very dark inside with notices all over warning about keeping doors and windows closed due to mosquitoes. We went back to reception and said we did not want to stay here due to the fact that I am prone to bites at the best of times, it was too far away from the main hotel facilities and I had specifically requested a high room when booking originally so please could we just have the deluxe ocean view room we had booked and paid for. We were then told they didn't have any they were all full, in the end we had to settle for a twin room on the first floor overlooking the hotel roof and breakfast room. I think the policy of taking your money for a room and then selling it to someone else is extremely poor, please be warned before booking this hotel.
Big impersonal hotelPosted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: Pool, beach.
Cons: Rooms need to be aired out. Waiters at breakfast need to pay attention to all guests and not just the tour groups.
Location: Only reason to visit sihanoukville is if you're Flying in and driving to kampong or kep. Sihanoukville is rather sleazy and wouldn't visit again.
Staff in restaurant at breakfast could be more attentive. Nice pool, clean beach. Strong moldy odors in the two rooms we looked at. Ended up leaving sliding glass door open to air out the room. The beach is nice but would not visit sihanoukville again. Not overly impressed with this hotel. Just okay.

Beautiful hotelPosted Oct 18, 2013
We had a great stay here, all the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The deck restaurant tapas and cocktails were beautiful. Will definitely go back and spend more time there.

Hotel right on the beachPosted Sep 28, 2013
Pros: Right on the beach.
We stayed here last week and left early due to the really bad weather. It was not only raining, it was storming and pouring buckets of water out of the sky. Therefore we could not really enjoy the beach much and just used the pool a bit during a short dry time. The hotel/resort is very big and therefore popular among large travel groups (especially Chinese groups). The breakfast buffet is ok, the noodle soup was our family's favorite. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 children, therefore we had connecting rooms which were quite spacious and clean.

Great stay right on a beautiful beachPosted Sep 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Location is key here - right on a beautiful clean quiet beach. The hotel lobby and reception is fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service is simply top notch. Our room was a bit stale smelling and the curtains needed a good cleaning but the room was perfectly acceptable and quite large. The spa is great - we had treatments 3 days! Concierge was very helpful. The restaurants were very good with good menu choices including some Khmer food and the ocean side dining area was great. Will definitely stay again.

Great Location, Service does not match hotelPosted Sep 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel facilities were amazing, location was perfect. The service was not the best however, any issues that we had were rectified by the staff on day 2.

Nice hotel on the beach with many amenitiesPosted Aug 13, 2013
Pros: Amenities, beach access.
Cons: Breakfast area was not large enough to accommodate the crowd and needed more servers. Service at bar was too slow...sometimes 15 minute wait.
Location: Private beach! Did not leave the resort although bus was available to go to town.
We had two relaxing days here. Large, beautiful hotel on a private beach! Comfortable rooms, great AC, separate shower, and many amenities...spa, casino, exercise, and restaurants. The beach is clean, soft sand, boogy-board waves, and great bar/food service available. Sunset beach restaurant had delicious food and great ambience. Buffet breakfast offered many choices and all was fresh and good.
