Excellent Hotel

Posted Apr 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Staff was very helpful. The cable in the hotel had recently been upgraded, and our TV would not work. The manager moved us to a different room and was very quick to respond to the issue. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

Busy weekend

Posted Apr 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed at this hotel while in town for my niece's birthday party. The room was good for the price. The only bad thing was we reserved 2 rooms and were not able to get rooms next to each other because they were so full that weekend. You would think if you reserved 2 rooms in the same name, that you could get connecting rooms, if not that then at least rooms next door or across the hall from each other. And yes, both our rooms had the same bed type so you'd think they could accommodate us and put us near each other. The eating area was so full at breakfast time that we had to get our food and go eat in our room. Not very convenient. The indoor pool area was very loud and the water cold. The hot tub did not work when we were there.

A PLACE TO STAY WHILE TRAVELING

Posted Jan 30, 2014
It was nothing fancy, just a good place to sleep for the night while on the road. There's no thermostat on the heating/ac unit, so it's hard to know where to set it. I had to get up in the middle of the night to adjust. The hallway had an odor to it, but fortunately the room did not. The breakfast buffet was fine. Again, nothing fancy. I thought the room rate was a bit pricey.

Exactly what I expected

Posted Dec 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
I have stayed at Comfort Inns around the country and this one is exactly what I have come to expect(in a positive way). Upon arrival the staff was welcoming and informative. The only issue I had was that the key cards were very sensitive to becoming deactivated. I put it near my phone and had to go downstairs to get it reissued. The front desk was very nice about it, and this is a very minor issue, if one at all. The breakfast was adequate at best and I would stay here again next time I am in Sikeston.
