“just a cheap place to stay....dont expect much else”

We travel from Chicago to Dallas every Thanksgiving to see family. Usuallu make it a two day trip. The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. Beyond that I do not recommend it The caretaker is a man who apparently cleans the rooms too. He does not speak much English either. Literally seconds after we checked out he went in the room to inspect it, even before we could get out of the building. Keep in mind that this is cheap, but if you stop with your family you cant count on the free breakfast. Apples, bananas and a few packaged danishes were all that was available. Between the hotel and having to buy breakfast elsewhere I should have just fiund a better hotel instead.

“DECEPTIVE AND RUDE!!!!!!!!”

My parents and two children arrived. Unfriendly staff. No pool as stated on their ammenities. They are not wheel chair accessible!!!!! I booked a room with 2 queen beds. My mom could not walk up the stairs. No elevator how accomodating is that!!! They charged them $12 more for a king downstairs and they refused to give them sheets for the children to sleep on. I am highly appauled at there customer service. There are lots of complaints about this hotel on a different siteI wish I had seen. They called my parents a liar and said the room was for 2 adults only. Clearly this was a huge oversight on their part. Expedia has been accomodating and sympathetic; however I think they should restate the 4.3 rating. Terrible Hotel Management!!!!!

The toilet seat was broken in the bathroom & there wasn't any stopper for the sink. The breakfast was poorly laid out & only one table for guest.

Since we were planning a stop on our way to IL from MS it was nice to know the room was reserved for a late arrival for us. With our dogs it was terrific that we had a room on the end of the hotel. There was a shower rather than a tub which was great for me. It was quiet and comfortable. Nearby was Lamberts, Home of the Thrown Roll. My grandchildren were fascinated by the place. There was also a McDonalds right next door. The breakfast in the morning was high quality. Thanks for your help Expedia, for reserving this for us.

“Good for the price.”

For the price the hotel was good. No real complaints. The hotel was clean, service was adequate, we felt safe, etc. Tall people beware, the shower is really low...I'm 5'2 and had to stoop to rinse my hair.
