Very nice, friendly staff, good food. Over all it was a very nice place. I would stay again.

It would be hard to beat this hotel for the price. It advertises that it is in the top 3% (platinum award) of it's chain, and I believe it. Pool was sparkling. Room spacious. Breakfast has eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy plus cold foods. Staff efficient and courteous.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was a surprise with their warm eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, and gravy! Staff made my check in and out smooth and easy

The only drawback I noticed was the stain or age of the carpets. Everything was as clean as it could be and the staff was very pleasant to work with.

“A good economy motel”

The Econolodge in Silver City is a mid to low range motel on the main road through Silver City. The front desk is competently managed and the staff were always pleasant and knowledgeable. The room is, as expected, not particularly luxurious, but entirely adequate and comfortable. We had breakfast at the motel two mornings in a row, the offerings were tasty if limited, with ample coffee, juice, cereal and other items. The room was reasonably clean, with the bathroom showing some signs of wear. Overall, a good middle-of-the-road lodging.
