Check-in at this hotel was horrible. It was around dinnertime - about 6:00 p.m. - and the front desk was completely deserted. I rang the bell numerous times for about 10-15 minutes, opened the door to the office and called out, and was in the process of looking for an 800 number for the hotel when a staff person finally materialized. She said nothing to me - no "hello," no "Sorry for the wait," no " Can I help you?"...nothing. I told her I had a reservation for the night and pursued it from there. The room was fine and I didn't require housekeeping during my stay, so that worked out. I don't know that I'll opt to stay there next time I'm in town, though. I was tired when I arrived and shouldn't have had to work that hard just to check in.

Our suite was the worst-lighted hotel room I've ever been in. There was an odd configuration where the toilet and tub/shower were in one room and around two corners the sink for washing your hands. That was minor. Sink and counter area had terrible dim lighting and the sofa area a lamp on one side; you needed a book lamp to read if you were sitting on the other side. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Just odd. BW seems to have a problem confirming our membership at various hotels.

Quick and easy check in/out. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were clean. I would stay here again.
