Had to buy water as the tap water made bad coffee. Otherwise it is a good short stay hotel but any longer stay would mean doing laundry elsewhere as their laundry room was out of service.

Only concern room 216 has lose lock and not sealed. I pushed a bench against the door to hold it closed from large gap of light.

Not Holiday inn express quality
The beds were not Holiday inn express normal beds they were extremely hard. The walls were very thin. The people next door were blasting music at drinking past 2am

Disappointed.
The water heater went out after the first day of my 4 day trip. I was without hot water to bath for 2.5 days. Came back on just the evening before I left. They offered me a snack as compensation. No reduction in rate or anything else. Also, the wall mounted thermostat didn't work at all. the one on the heater turned on but sounded funny and felt like it was always blowing cold air (it was 20-40 deg outside). Not at great experience. I'll try a different hotel chain next visit.

Hotels,.com and Holiday Inn Created a Mess
Hotels.com and Holiday Inn list my reservation. It was a disaster. The Hotels.com frontline rep was supposed to call me back to discuss my refund request to address the mess that was created. No callback. I will be following up with management for a refund, because the reservation was list; Holiday Inn and Hotels.com were not helpful. I was involved with meetings, and found it difficult to get little help. I am elderly and disabled and almost didn’t have a place for the night. A friend offered to put me up. Later, you found my reservation. It was too late by then. I am a silver member and expect a refund if I am to continue booking through Hotels.com.

The main entry way could use a little cleaning, it looked like it needed to be vacuumed not a huge deal, Our bedroom #125 could use a new lock lever.

Clean, but needs a refresh
The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel itself is in need of a refresh and our towels were ragged, so points lost in that category. The free breakfast was very good and the staff kept up with the food to ensure everything was hot and available. The hot cinnamon rolls were delicious! Overall, not a bad place for a small town.

It was very dirty dusty, we was 4 nights and they never clean the room , the carpet never was cleaned , sink on the bathroom never was cleaned ,complete bathroom it was never cleaned. Coffe maker it was very dirty, and never it was supplied more coffe .

Bed was hard but not bad. Ice machine hadn't been fixed since my last stay 4 weeks ago. TV guide is very inaccurate. They usually have very few snacks available near reception desk. Breakfast was very good.

Inflexible on check out.
Only bad part was that I had to change my return to a day earlier and when I checked out at 5:00 PM, the counter person said she had to charge me for the whole night (despite the fact I was only 5 hours into the new 24 hour day and was NOT staying overnight). I asked if there wasn't a way to do a partial day or something and she said no. Then I asked for a receipt and she said she couldn't give me one as she couldn't check me out till the next day. Sounds like a lie to me. Sounds like they just wanted their pound of flesh and screw me.

The staff tried very hard but clearly have no support from management. In our room the phone didn’t work, the light bulbs were burned out and the tv remote didn’t work properly. The soap dispenser fell off the shower wall, the ice machine was broken and the laundry facilities out of order. It feels as though there has been no maintenue for years.

Hotel was cute & clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good selection & plenty of coffee. Stayed 3 nights, housekeeping came the 1st morning, on the 2nd morning we got a note under our door that they are understaffed & wouldn't be doing housekeeping in our room. Later we got fresh towels from the front desk. Nitpicking: the toiletpaper holder in our room was broken & the shower curtain was stained, but overall things were good. We'd definitely stay here again on a trip to Silver City.

It was nice. The issues we had were that our door was lose around its frame which let light in and was a little unsettling. Also, the toilet handle was broken. Other than that, Staff was nice.

We had a very nice room, the facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very nice. When we got there, they must have had some sort of water pressure issues. The next morning they posted on the doors, but we wish we would have know when we checked in. It was hard to take a shower with the low pressure.
