We booked this hotel online from the US. It was for 2 rooms for 5 people. The staff went out of their way to make sure our reservation was correct when there was a problem with a foldout couch that was needed, but wasn't in our first two rooms. Their friendliness and quickness in fixing this problem was much appreciated. The restaurant had a great menu for dinner and the buffet was more than adequate.
