Best Western Plus Posada Royale Hotel & Suites

The Staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms was clean and neat. The ceiling did have a crack on the ceiling which looked it it was seperating. Thus the reason I gave the Condition and upkeep a "4". Two things that might help their guest: (1) An elevator for those who have a hard time climbing stairs (2) better signs giving directions to the breakfast room and fitness center.

Nice extras, including the excellent full breakfast, the wine tasting in the evening, the excellent location, and the nice pool and spa.

The bed was like sleeping on cement. Body hurt to even move in morning. Why do hotels think a hard mattress last longer than med or soft. Isn't the comfort of your guest and return guest more important ? Than the life of mattress? Doesn't anybody supervise and check cleanliness of the bathroom and UNDER the tub mat? Disgusting!!!! How about one of those lights that detect urine and germs in the dark standard and mandatoru supervisory tool!!!! Now there's a great concept !

For us, the cleanliness, friendly service, wonderful breakfast buffet/omelette bar, quiet, and location far outweighed the fact that the rooms were older. We thought it was a great value, and would stay there again.

Great location, nice staff, very clean. Beds were so comfortable! Free breakfast was fantastic, different everyday. I will be back at this hotel next time I am in this area!!!!

Great location to stay if visiting the Reagan Presidential Library. Bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was good but dining room fills up quickly with guests.

Was there for work, needed quiet area for sleep only. Had to change room due after being told nothing available in main area, put me in back of hotel near arguing young couple with their small children bounding in and out of the room with mom yelling at them. Requested relocation and nicely handled but miraculously found room in main part of hotel which I found odd since being told previously nothing availiable. Nice location near shopping and restaurants. Good location to freeway access to the 118, far enough away to not have freeway noise. Room and bed were comfortable, breakfast was very nice. Well tended, pretty patio area, good value, appears to be older facility that has had recent remodel. Keys don't always work well noticed another guest having same issue as I was. Interesting mix to other guests staying here. Some older types to visit Ronald Reagan Liberary but also young families. Within comfortable drive to Getty, LA without paying high hotel fees to those areas. Staff could use a little extra training on friendliness, were efficient but unhappy expressions made you feel that you were putting them out; front desk was not always well staffed leaving guests waiting a while before someone came out from back room to provide service. But room was very good, slept well, would definately recommend.

It was fantastic value. Loved the fresh coffee on arrival and the breakfast buffet with omelette bar was delicious. Enjoyed the exercise room and hot tub.

Just a short stay but well accomodated. Having eggs prepared to order was a nice touch to the full breakfast menu. Will stay the next time when visiting family and friends.
