Pros: The rooms were large with microwaves and refrigerators.
Cons: Pool is old and needs to be refurbished, but very nice anyway.
Location: Simi Valley, CA. Going to the beach, central coastal cities, etc.
Stayed 6 days, enjoyed the facilities and amenities. Staff was polite and responsive.

Pros: location
Cons: The internet pictures give the appearances of a newer or up graded hotel.
The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The restrarant and waiter were good.

The hotel is a disaster.

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Its in a beautiful location and close to the Reagan Library but there are much better places to stay. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
This hotel has obviously changed ownership. It used to be a very clean and well-run place but now is run-down, dirty, smelly and in disrepair. It was so bad that I actually took the housekeeping manager around on a tour and showed him all of the areas that needed cleaning, painting and just plain attention. He took copious notes and seemed surprised at what I showed him. When I told the front desk about it they told me that because I booked it on Expedia our room was "lower grade" than if I had booked through them. I then asked to see a room that we would have been in had we booked through the hotel website and it was just as bad!!! We were going to stay three nights but checked out after ony one. We went to Ventura and stayed on the beach at the Crowne Plaza to try to salvage our vacation. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE. There are a lot of places to stay in Thousand Oaks or even near Camirillo so if you're going to the Reagan Library, stay somewhere else.

Great location, right off the 118!

Posted Sep 30, 2014
Pros: The staff was wonderful! And the location could not be any better if you need to be in the area. Very easy access on and off the 118.
Cons: Water pressure. Had to stay in the shower 4 times longer due to such low water pressure vs shampoo. That was irritating.
Location: Location right off the 118, very easy access. I suppose lots of attractions around, but I was there to see family and the Reagan Pres. Library.
Generally, a very nice place to stay. 2nd floor room a bit noisy coming from below, and constant ventilation noise in bathroom you can't control. The way the bathroom door opens, it must remain closed at all times due to fire code, which makes the bathroom hot. But the room was nicely appointed, with fridge, coffeepot, microwave, Wi-Fi, iron, hair dryer........and the very best was the ample size of the room. Not crowded at all, and a great view too!

Pros: Room and overall hotel quality
Location: I think there was a mall close, but did not visit it
Nice hotel, any extras are rather expensive. In a quiet area.

Good location, nice view

Pros: the location and the amenities. Also, a courteous staff.
Cons: nothing specific I can think of
Location: On a hill, convenient to Hwy 118, adjacent to Simi Valley Town Center, close to the Reagan Library, lots of shopping, restaurants, etc.
We wanted to be close to the Reagan Library, and this was. It is also conveniently located next to the Simi Valley Town Center, which allows easy access to shopping and restaurants. The price was reasonable, and the overall facility is very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: It's right off the highway.
Cons: Updating would be great~
Location: Reagan Library is close by
This was the second time we stayed here, and we aren't too sure we will come back. When we got in, we were given the code for WiFi. When we needed to do work that evening and use the WiFi, it wasn't working. When my husband called to front desk to find out what was going on, he was told the WiFi was broken, and to use the Ethernet cable in the desk drawer - hard to do when two computers are needed. The bathroom was really hot because it does not have a vent and the door closes by itself due to CA law. The legs on the desk were loose, and the door to the dresser was broken. When we visited the sports bar, there was a woman with her head on it like she was asleep - needless to say, we left and went back to the hotel bar - THAT bartender was super!
