Thanks for not allowing pets. Makes this property much more sanitary than pet friendly hotels. All hotels should imitate this property’s sanitation practices.perfect10!!!!

Outdated and in need of upgrades. We have started to only choose Holiday Inn Express Hotels because of the quality, but this location didn’t meet expectations. It seems like they took over a motel and didn’t bother to make the upgrades. The 1 elevator was out and we have mobility issues and had to climb stair to our room. No advance notice. The clerk said it was on their website, but since we booked through Expedia it was their fault we didn’t know. The heater was so loud it kept me up all night. Bed wasn’t comfortable and it was a terrible nights sleep. Thankfully we only stayed one night and won’t return again.

The room was dirty and dated, there was no thermostat in the room, and the curfew was not enforced at the pool.

The property was continuing to finish its renovation which is very well done. Outdoor pool only. Our first room was on the second floor of three. When we arrived on a Thursday night there were few guests. The staff seemed to be putting all guests in the same area of the second and third floors. Due to the noise above us we requested to be moved. In first room (226) the towel and toilet paper racks were loose on the walls as well as bathtub spout. For an extra blanket only a thin red blanket was available. In second room (336) it had none of the issues as in first. There is an elevator and luggage carts for use. Breakfast room was modern, clean, tv’s, and had a good selection of food. There are first floor rooms with handicap parking in front of them.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! We had a room with a jetted tub which we weren’t expecting and that was so nice! Rooms are spacious. Will definitely stay here again!

People were great, breakfast service great, so so on quiet and problem free. We had the only light in the bathroom go out, they did repair it within about 45 minutes. They must have had some previous roof problems because they were working all along the side of the roof where we were staying. They must have been trying to beat the incoming rain storm which they did, no leaks. All ends well, we'll stay there again!

Employees were fantastic and welcoming. The hotel was more like a motel set up. Not the typical IHG hotel I was expecting. Looks like they remodeled an old motel.

Nice comfortable stay.
We've stayed at this hotel before, room was clean, people were nice. The breakfast area, was very nice, very clean area. The ladies were constantly refilling food trays and would clean off used tables almost immediately. We were impressed.

Not as great as expected
The front office staff was nice and accommodating. The cleaning crew was not helpful, perhaps they didn’t understand what I was asking for (3 towels) but they looked at each other and ignored my request. The beds are like sleeping on springs directly. The curtains were shredded/cut, as if someone went crazy in the room. The breakfast was good. As a member, We have stayed at several Holiday Inns around the world and this one needs the most help.
