This hotel was close to a show we came to see, and it was super convenient. Everything was clean, and went seamless! We also enjoy the breakfast.

Great staff, average amenities, needs serious upgrades! Electrical tape on exit door handles, uneven carpet in elevators ( lawsuit waiting to happen), homeless residents and construction crews (working elsewhere not on hotel). Elevator extremely loud. Avoid second floor and at least the first 3 rooms near the elevator. The staff was fantastic though. Everyone kind, helpful and working hard!

This is a great place to stay! I have stayed here twice now. It is clean, the staff is very friendly, and it is convenient. I will definitely be staying here again.

They have very nice rooms. It was clean and comfortable. I slept well. They have a nice variety for breakfast. The staff were nice and friendly. There was a Pizza Hut next door and a Dollar Tree within walking range. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Best place in the Simpsonville Area
We stay here every year after Christmas to visit family. We have tried other hotels in the area and this is the best both in service, cleanliness and an excellent breakfast.

Great stay for couple on business.
We were looking for real estate and were in and out of hotel. Were able to get a good rest each night and the breakfasts in the morning prepared us well for our busy days. The hair dryer in our room did not work, but I took to desk and they promptly replaced it with an even better model that worked—very pleased with their quick response

Nearly perfect stay. The room (408) was clean and quiet The bath and shower had all amenities with a low carbon footprint. One of the light bulbs was not functioning so I exchanged it for another and I did not notice black out curtains to the night was not as dark as I had hoped. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and I felt very comfortable. Would I come back again? Yes for sure. Very friendly staff.
