“Convenient Quality”

The hotel is relatively new, clean and neat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was minimal but good. The staff reported that Holiday Inn Express has removed hot choclate from all hotels because of copyright issues. If you are not a coffee or tea drinker then bring your own hot choclate mix. The hotel is conveniently located near several businesses and on the hiway to Greenville 15 minutes away.

Hotel was one of the best I have stayed in, the people were friendly and the breakfast was awesome, perfect hotel.

“Convenient and Comfortable”

Couldn't ask for more. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable; buffet breakfast, while not elaborate, had a good selection (loved their coffee). Cool weather did not permit use of the outdoor pool. Ruby Tuesday and a Chinese restaurant were about a block away along with a few fast food chains. Motel is located about 1/4 mile from I-385. Easy access to both northbound and southbound entrance ramps. A nice central location for visiting Simpsonville.

“Friendly - Clean and great stay for the money”

Very clean hotel. Room was up to date, clean and non smoking just as I had asked for. Special note to all those who request non smoking rooms, the rooms on both sides of the hall were all non smoking. That was a first for me. We have traveled to the area 6-7 times before using another location, only to be dissappointed every time - broken tv, leaky fridge, smoking rooms. We are so happy we found this place. The breakfast is great and so are the employees.

“Impressed”

I found the hotel very clean and the staff helpful. The breakfast was more than I expected. I extended my stay, but wish I had included that day on Expedia as well, the rate was considerably higher for the extra night :-) I would definitely go there again

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms large, comfortable, clean and quiet. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by.

“Nice stay”

We were in town for only two nights for a family event, and we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. We had differing experiences with the front desk staff, some very knowledgeable, and another, almost clueless. The check-in was very easy - no hassles with the Expedia reservations and prepayment. The woman who took care of the breakfast area was fantastic. She was always friendly, kept things clean, made sure people had what they needed, helped any way she could. I don't know what they pay her, but it isn't enough.

Everything was great. Very clean rooms and very nice staff. The continental breakfast is a little scary though. Don't eat the eggs or the biscuit & gravy. Overall it is a very nice hotel .

“Great for a short getaway”

Hotel is really clean and has great lanscaping. Close to grocery stores and restuarants.
