Very nice roomsPosted Sep 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very nice spacy rooms with kitchen & dining table. Bed very comfortable too. They are reconstructing a lower part of the hotel now - so noise can be expected during the day. Very poorly equipped gym, and reconstructions take place exactly there. Nevertheless, they made it possible for me to use it which showed their initiative towards me as a client. Thanks for that!

Excellent, amazing view and helpful staff.Posted Sep 1, 2014
Cons: Add at least another star to the hotel category. Many four stars hotels offers way less than this one.
Location: Near to Peles and Pelisor castle, Bran castle and Risnov fortress at half an hour by car. Close to the amazing view of Caraiman peak and cross.
An excellent location if you want a quiet get away, close to the nature. Very clean, a lot of space, huge balconies with an amazing view, kitchen fully furnished and equipped with all you need, stylish furniture and decor, two bathrooms and helpful staff. The draw back may be the fact that they don't have a restaurant but you can get discounts if you order in from two restaurants that offers quality food and fast service. The free wireless internet is kinda slow but if you go there you better enjoy the view and the surroundings than surfing the web.

uncomfortabe bedsPosted Sep 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
The size of the appartment was big and nice. The beds were not comfortable to sleep and relative small double bed. The TV was very small. Besides we had a nice stay and very nice staff. The appartment was clean and had WiFi and two balconies.

An excellent hotelPosted May 14, 2013
Pros: Size and comfort of the room.
Cons: Quite a way from town centre.
Location: On the side of a mountain in a beautiful forest location.
The hotel is located about a 10 minute taxi drive from Sinaia train station. But that is 10 minutes of climbing up a steep mountain side so don't think about walking! Upon arrival we didn't get the warmest of greetings but still acceptable. The guy on reception seemed pre-occupied with something else but was still perfectly polite. Our 'room' was amazing. It was actually an apartment. We had a full kitchen #with accessories#, dining room, bathroom and bedroom. All this for price of normal hotel room. We were very happily shocked. Everything was very clean and worked properly. The bath had a Jacuzzi facility! The huge double bed was very comfortable. We had two balconies; one of which had a beautiful view. The accommodation was fantastic. The only #very slight# downside is distance from town centre and other tourist attractions. We walked to town centre and it took about 15 minutes going down but 30 minutes up! But this doesn't really matter if you get a taxi. Everything about this hotel is quality.

Hotel Regal, Close to Peles CastlePosted Sep 29, 2011 on Hotels.com
The hotel was not as close to the castle as I had hoped. I wanted to be able to see the castle from my hotel balcony. Otherwise this was the nicest hotel I said in during my 3 weeks vacation. The staff was friendly though they did not speak any english. Everything was clean nothing was broken and it was nicely furnished. Would definately stay there again.
