“Brilliant”

Absolutely brilliant. The service was exceptional, the concierge was extremely helpful. Rooms had a modern look, the wide screen plasma tv was the highlight ! Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was great -- very clean, very comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, less than one block from Orchard Street which has a ton of places to shop and eat, and also a stop for the metro rail. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best hotel's I've stayed in. Conveniently located, very helpful staff, quiet even though I was on the street side, perfect rooms, outstanding food, top-notch spa... I stayed in a moderately sized suite -- there a lot of nice details: fresh fruit and high-end chocolate in the rooms, a large safe for valuables in the room, all-cotton sheets, mix of pillow options. In addition, the spa is one of the most comfortably outfitted spas I've been to on the road and the service was great.

The hotel was really nice. Great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They noticed that it was my birthday so they gave me a free room upgrade. I will definitely go back. Always stays at The Mandarin before but this one is a nice surprise.

the hotel was wonderfully situated and the service was very good and prompt. The rooms are comfortable whether for business purposes or leisure vacations. The food is also great escpecially the buffet selection.

Anthony Bourdain stayed at the Grand Hyatt Singapore on his visit, you should too. It is located in the Orchard Road shopping district, and is in the center of all there is to see and do in Singapore. You can buy a Rolex, designer clothes, and have hawker food within easy walking distance. The staff at the hotel are outstanding. Visit, and you will understand my enthusiasm.

“Cool & big”

The service staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious but almost too stylish-cool. Lights are not cozy and cannot be turned on/off comfortably when staying in bed (only full lightning or none!). Aircondition is too cold. Apart from that, a great place to stay.
