Very good service & value for money. Good location. However, some of the furnishings are about ready for replacement, carpets, chairs, etc in the rooms. Restaurant breakfast was good value. Overall, very good, we'd stay there again.

“Grande Mercure Roxy Top Notch Hotel”

From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed the staff was always willing to help with a smile on their face. The room was clean had a great view of the Area and had a great layout. The only downside was the mattress was firm and I like the pillow top soft mattresses. The location of the hotel was also very nice. Orchard road was 10 minutes away. Sentosa island was 10 minutes away. The zoo was the farthest place we visited and it was 20 minutes away.

“Very happy with hotel”

Just had a short overnight stay with late arrival and early check-out for onward flight the next morning. Unfortunately too late for the pool, so 8-yo was disappointed - it looked lovely from the window of our room. Bloke at the airport that took us to the shuttle was very friendly, and it was reasonably close. Queries directly to the hotel by email were promptly answered satisfactorily and pleasantly. We left too early to be able to use the shuttle to return to the airport as it didn't start until 7.30 but staff arranged for taxi to be waiting. Everyone friendly - I like the extra security of having to swipe the room card to get the lift to work. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Would return to this hotel in a similar circumstance.

“Great 4-star hotel for good value”

The hotel was very nice and was one of the few hotels with rooms available on short notice (2- days). Free airport shuttle bus. The quality for value was excellent.

“Perfect for short layover stay”

Our group had a one night layover in Singapore and this hotel was a combination of convenient location (halfway between airport and downtown), interesting surroundings (lots of food and easy access to the waterfront), very nice facilities and a great rate (special deal on Expedia). They also had free airport shuttle service. Do note that their shuttle begins at 7 am so we paid for a bus shuttle (cheaper than three taxis) for our team because of our early morning departure.

“Great Value for Singapore”

Really happy with our stay at the Mecure. Our stay was a stopover, on the way back to Australia. I accidently booked the wrong arrival date as our flight arrive around midnight, however, upon speaking with the reception staff, they accommodated my mistake without an issue. Particulary loved the airport transfers, simple, fast and free! Hotel was well presented, great location, and quiet. Directly across the road from a large shopping centre with great food options, and shopping. Our request for day use of the room was accommodated with ease, and overall we felt the hotel was great value for money and a really nice finish to our holiday. Would reccommend to others and stay there again.

“Very satisfactory”

We had to stay over in Singapore three times on the one trip and this hotel served our purposes quite well. It is very comfortable, is between the airport and the city, has good bus service close by and is over the road from a very useful market and eating area.

“Perfect for what we wanted”

Stayed two nights on our way to Melbourne and it was ideal. The food market and shopping across the road was great - we experimented with lots of the local foods on offer and found them great. Took the bus the railway station and travelled to Suntec City - it was efficient and air conditioned. The bus will also take you to the centre - we did that on day 2. I recommend you take the Hippo Tour bus at Suntec City and discover places of interest.
