“Very impressive Holiday Inn at Orchard”
Very good location, Very conveniently only a few minutes walk to Orchard Rd.,
Hotel rate is reasonable, room is clean, good and firm beds, and, supplied with
more than enough number of pillows for the guests' comfort.

“Singapore's best hotel”
Very happy with this hotel. Staff exrtremly courteous, very clean and comfortable. Best hotel in Singapore for the price. We did not include breakfast as it is somewhat expensive and market is a few steps away. Was very convinient to go to market and nearby 7-11 store. Very nice area. Made our Singapore stay memorable. They even stored our baggage at no charge when we went to Bali for one week. I would definately stay at this hotel if I came again to Singapore.

“Very good and afordable!”
We had a pleasant surprise when we got to the hotel as it looked better than the photos that we had seen of it on the internet. It looks as it has been renovated recently, with the lobby and the room looking nice and well maintained. The room is not enourmous but it's big enough. The location is great as well, as you are a couple of blocks from Singapore Tourist Center, where you can get all the information you need and also close to MRT stations and bus stops. Besides that, there are quite a few restaurants very close to the hotel.
Did not eat in the hotel, so cannot mention anything about food.
The down side about the hotel is that we had paid online for 3 people and had asked for an extra bed and when we got there they wanted to charge extra for that. When I explained the situation the manager agreed on putting the bed without any cost. In the end we decided against it as the room would be too crowded with the extra bed and my nieces (14 & 16) and I slept together on the very big king size bed.
Due to Chinese New Year I believe the hotel was short of staff and there were not cleaning the rooms properly - kid of cleaning "around" our things in the bathroom and not wiping things properly.
Overall it's a good value for money!

“Very Enjoyable stay”
I had my birthday while we were staying at the hotel. On the day, they presented us with a birthday cake as well as fruit and chocolates. This made the stay extra special. The staff is used to children and in the breakfast area there is a special play area for smaller children. There is also a breakfast corner specifically with kids breakfast cereals and drinks. THe location of the hotel is great - great for shopping as well as close to MRT station for sight seeing. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints - the double beds may have been a bit small but not bad at all.

“Very Impressed”
We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. It was a great location and the standard of room and the service provided were excellent. We have stayed at many hotels in Singapore and will definitely return to the Holiday Inn.

“Enjoyed our stay....will return”
Hotel rooms were renovated. Great location to Orchard Road. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Very friendly staff and made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely return!

“Nİce hotel at an excellent location”
