Both my husband and myself forgot that we were still in Singapore. The hotel staffs made us feel right at home with their services.

Very happy with this hotel. Staff exrtremly courteous, very clean and comfortable. Best hotel in Singapore for the price. We did not include breakfast as it is somewhat expensive and market is a few steps away. Was very convinient to go to market and nearby 7-11 store. Very nice area. Made our Singapore stay memorable. They even stored our baggage at no charge when we went to Bali for one week. I would definately stay at this hotel if I came again to Singapore.

Arrived about 2am after a series of long flight from US. Very welcoming, clean, efficient, quiet. But not cheap.

“Very Enjoyable stay”

I had my birthday while we were staying at the hotel. On the day, they presented us with a birthday cake as well as fruit and chocolates. This made the stay extra special. The staff is used to children and in the breakfast area there is a special play area for smaller children. There is also a breakfast corner specifically with kids breakfast cereals and drinks. THe location of the hotel is great - great for shopping as well as close to MRT station for sight seeing. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints - the double beds may have been a bit small but not bad at all.

Hotel rooms were renovated. Great location to Orchard Road. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Very friendly staff and made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely return!

Insist on the rooms that have already been renovated no matter what rates you secured !!! check-in was swift but we were assigned to a room on the un-renovated floor (avoid rooms on floors 7 and above, upper floors still getting remodeled ) and the room turned was old, musky, with fading and peeling wall paper, depressing, more something you'd expect to find in a horror hotel in a bad part of town. after some mild mannered complaining, were re-assigned one of the new rooms on the 3rd floor which turned out to be what you would expect to get from a better hotel. In general, unless a staff was a manager or in a supervisory position, most were not up to approving or helping out with requests that were not clearly designated as their duty without first checking with upper management no matter how big or small your requests. The pool and the gym were pleasantly adequate. The location for the hotel was ideal. a 3 -minute walk to the main hub of Orchard Road and about a 7- minute walk to the nearest subway station. Taxis were easy to come by. So was the availability of food nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. It was a great location and the standard of room and the service provided were excellent. We have stayed at many hotels in Singapore and will definitely return to the Holiday Inn.

“Shopping paradise for family w children”

The staff were courteous , the hotel itself located within shopping paradise"orchard", mrt just 5 min walk. The bed was very convenient for 4 of us, not to mention the concierge which always eager to help us for city trip or direction, housekeeping was excellent, they not stingy w amenity and even gave us 4 bottle water daily. We really enjoy Singapore this trip b'coz all the staff will go extra mile to make u feel comfort
