“Fantastic 5 star hotel”

Well and truely 5 star hotel. Room was huge mached only by the size of the bathroom. Professional in every sense of the word and nothing was too much trouble and wasnt charged for. Give the buffet a miss and have the Lounge menu instead and watch the people.

“Perfect hotel for anyone of all occasions”

Perfect location - heart of the city and connected with a big indoor shopping center which have tons of shops and restaurants. Professional customer services - we left one of our bags on the taxi from airport. The staff helped us to locate and reached the taxi driver, and we got our bag back within an hour. Good size room - it was a good size room in Asia standard, have elbow room even a crib in room. Walls are a bit thin - we could hear people next door talking though...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Interncontinental in Singapore: the staff, the ambience created by the history of the building and the way it has been maintained, the freshness and comfort of the room and the standard of the food were all excellent. The location of the hotel was very convenient and central and I cant wait to return to the hotel next time I am in Singapore.

“Absolutely wonderful, extremely pampered, definitely going back!!!”

Absolutely fabulous. Staff were wonderful, from the doorman, reception, concierge, clubroom staff. Our room was ready when we arrived at 7am, so were given breakfast and had a nap. The beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud and really looked forward to getting in them at the end of the day after shopping and trekking around the city. Had Club Room, well worth the money, breakfast was wonderful, afternoon tea and drinks were lovely at the end of a busy day shopping. Cleanliness was of an extremely high quality throughout the hotel. Location was excellent, shopping and transport excellent. Was really pampered, would definitely stay there again, and definitely recommend to anyone.

“Extreme Indulgence”

Loved everything about this hotel except for the cost of the food - from breakfast to dinner and compared to outside the hotel, it was very expensive. The pool area was well planned and refreshing, the gym (no rowing machine) an excellent workout. My room was spacious and loved the bathroom.

Excellent hotel. Check in fast and efficient. Room excellent, good size and very clean. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Cannot fault it - definitely the best hotel I have stayed in this year. Concierge staff the most friendly and helpful I have ever met.

“Fantastic stay”

I have almost always stayed on Orchard for convenience. This was the first time I stayed at the intercont and I think this i sthe only hotel I wille ver stay in. Lobby coffee shop is fantastic with some of the best staff I've experienced. Perfect place to hang out and have meetings. If the lobby cafe is expensive for you, you can just walk out to Bugis which is directly connected to the hotel lobby. Fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Amazing bed and pillows. I did not try the in-room dining, and I did not see a menu in the drawers. Not sure if they have 24/7 in-room dining. Not recommended for Singapore first timers or shopping addicts though. They have no choice but to stay at the orchard. For all others, this is the place to be. Walking distance to Chjmes and Raffles City. Very quick to Funan Center and Boat Quay. Directly connected to Bugis. Highly recommended.
