“Value in a good location”
For me this hotel provided perfect location for a nearby business meeting at a relatively reasonable cost. The staff at all levels were friendly and helpful. The bird songs in the lobby are soothing.
“Perfect location, convenient for families”
We had nice stay at Marina Madarin though the cleanness of the hotel could be improved also breakfast arrangement could be more efficient. We will stay there again for the money value also the perfect location at Marina Bay! We got view of Marina Bay sands view also merlion park is under our roof!
“Would not stay again.”
Room was dirty and old. Breakfast was extremely pricy. Disappointed
“Aging Hotel Good Location”
In a nutshell: Good location, Nice Lobby, Aging Rooms, Helpful Staff. Renovation needed...
“Good hotel, good staff,”
I have stayed here a few times now. Always good. The Mandarin on Orchard road is better location, but Marina Mandarin has a great pool. Just be aware that even if you request non-smoking room, you won't always get one. I have stayed about 10 times and always request non-smoking room. I have been given a non-smoking room only about half the time.
“Excellent hotel & location.”
Beautiful hotel located above a huge underground mall and pedestrian walkways. Underground area made it convenient and very easy to get places near the hotel without getting rained on. Excellent central location for sightseeing. Our room was lovely and we had a nice view. Hotel offered a pricey breakfast package so we opted for reasonably priced breakfasts at Starbucks in the mall. Concierge service was exceptional. Would stay there again.
“best location”
should have planned to stay longer to fully enjoy this location.
“Very impressed”
I rate this hotel 5-star. Everything about the hotel was to our utmost satisfaction. The lobby is gorgeous and the room is spacious with all the comfortable amenities.
“Best hotel in Singapore”
We were treated as VIPs although we were just 2 women traveling for pleasure. When we had a problem we had created they helped us with the utmost professionalism. Location of hotel and service rate a 5 star for me.
“Quality hotel, excellent location.”
The hotel is located in Marina mall and at walking distance to two subway stations.
