Fantastic Boutique hotel experience in Singapore!

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: The modern decor, the infinity pool, excellent staff and fabulous location. The hotel manager Daphne was wonderful.
As experienced travellers, The Naumi hotel was definitely one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in. The location is fabulous across from the Raffles Hotel in Singapore and within walking distance of the waterfront, shopping, restaurants, and activities. The hotel itself is ultra modern and chic with unique art, water features & signage. The staff at the front desk were fabulous, always available to answer questions, very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The room we stayed in was amazing with a stand alone alabaster sink area that was lit from within, hardwood floors, beautiful rugs, comfy bedding. The rooms aren't super large but are so well-appointed and so much attention has gone into to storage considerations including a roll away bar. The contents of the bar & fridge were complimentary upon arrival which was much appreciated and water was stocked fresh in our fridge and also always available at the front desk before we went out into the warm weather. The morning breakfasts were included in our room rate and the buffet was incredibly well done with fresh foods, juices, & fruits. Best scrambled eggs to date at a hotel! Happy hour was included everyday at the hotel and we met people from all over the world. With incredibly high liquor prices in Singapore the happy hour with choices of beer, red & white wine was greatly appreciated. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the infinity pool at the top with breathtaking views!

Small Boutique Hotel

Posted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: Contemporary and Modern
Cons: Bathroom floors Bedroom carpet and floors
Location: Quite side street.
Hotel located in a quite street, away from The Marina. The rooms are very small, clean with fresh bed sheets with all necessary items for a short stay.. Hotel Staff was polite and helpful. We originally booked for 2 nights and extended for 2 more. Besure to get a quote with all taxes included so there is no surprise at check-out . Bed sheets and new towels were replace daily, but on the 3rd day, the room was not vacuumed or moped. Some areas of the room floor and bathroom are worn out, need repair and maintenance..Food was good, but expensive. We ate at the Poolside and had extra taxes added to the bill.

An oasis of calm in the City Centre

Posted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: Cool and peaceful luxury in the heart of the City.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Eclectic, cool and relaxed - a respite from the heat of Singapore. Rooms are quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Great view of the city from the open air poolside bar on 10th floor. The infinity pool itself is an experience - swimming and looking out over the metropolis of Singapore from on high is fantastic. I loved the Indian restaurant downstairs and I had my first ever morning shot of collagen at breakfast; I can't say I notice a difference in my complexion, but it was worth a try! Would recommend unreservedly for those who want a great place to stay, every convenience and a stress free holiday.

Feel like a guest in a private home

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Amazing staff, attentive service.
Cons: Nothing
This is a superb small hotel where the staff actually take the time to learn your name, your food and drink preferences, and look after you as if you are their personal guest. The rooms are carefully laid out to maximise space, yet still feel spacious and are well-appointed. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - they even surprised me with a birthday cake. One of Singapore's best kept secrets.

Fantastic Hotel

Posted Feb 8, 2015
Stayed here twice for week long business trips and have to say one of my favourite hotels. Rooms are great, clean, modern and really comfortable and come with great Coffee (Nespresso) and Tea (from TWG) . Breakfast is great - not the biggest range - but enough to keep me interested for a 5 night stay and all nicely prepared. Best feature is the rooftop bar - which can't be beat - had most of the office over during the week to come for drinks there. Overall - fantastic hotel with lots of character.

Great location, staff were very good, but the facilities and design of the rooms are very disappointing. The hot water ran out during showers before check out, which the staff advised they are aware of.

Awesome staycation especially for couples.

Awesome. I was shocked about the service we are getting. I didn't expect the counter staff to be so friendly. She even bring us up to our rooms and brief us on the room facilitates. The infinity pool was not very crowded and you can get to see the nice views.
