New hotel, a bit far from downtown.Posted Mar 7, 2015
Room was not very clean and existing dirt was not cleaned up during our 4 nights stay. Room caretakers seem to be under time pressure.

Oasia hotelPosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: The location was very convenient.
Cons: One of front desk receptionist needed to be kind and upgrade her service mind too.
Location: You can do simple shopping.
Firstly, upon check-in I had to wait for a few minuets unnecessarily. I made a reservation through Expedia in the morning before I arrive there at the same day. When I arrived front desk to check-in, a staff who said just checking out? was not polite at all. Even housekeepers or doormen I've encountered in the passage were more kind. During check-in I was asked to send a confirmation letter, which I received from Expedia to front desk. I can't understand still now why I needed to do that. That was totally, literally wasting time. In the Expedia itinerary, you don't need to confirm the hotel but the receptionist required that. So I had to send email again, for that I needed a internet connection. What's more, she didn't know proper wifi passwords. Another staff helped instead of her. It took about 15 minuets despite the fact that there was no queue for check-in or check-out. Only me, I was there. It made me annoyed. Regarding room conditions, room size was quite big unlike normal Singapore hotel. However, the bathroom had several problems for example, the shower head wasn't fixed right, and the water temperature was too difficult to adjust. Also the sink drain didn't work well. Except for them, room was good. And, pool and gym was managed pretty cleanly.

Good point≫Kaizen point

직원분들이 친절함으로 일관되게 응대하여 높은 만족감을 줌. 호텔 내에 있는 수영장도 괜찮은 수준. 와이파이의 경우도 빠르게 이용할 수 있어 용이했음.

Great hotel, well worth the Club upgrade.Posted Feb 16, 2015
My husband and I stayed here whilst in Singapore for the 2014 Grand Prix. The location is excellent with the metro station just a sort walk away and affordable taxis if you happen to return to the hotel after the metro has finished for the evening. The Club deal is highly recommended as the food, drinks and pool are well worth it. The only thing that you need to keep in mind is that the Club rooms are not that large (though I'm sure the suits are much larger) and there isn't much space for luggage, but this shouldn't matter as there is so much to see/do outside of the room.
