This is a brand new property in walking distance to Orchard Rd and the Ion. It is stunning and the pool area is amazing. I don’t think it would have been half as cool without a balcony overlooking the pool area. The rooms are very small with no drawer space at all. There is no gift shop or place to just grab a soda or granola bar.

Nice hotel. Small rooms but adequate. Club lounge is all about the drinks. Club lounge food is rubbish and club lounge is all about the alcohol.

Beautiful hotel but staff letdown
Last minute staycation for our wedding anniversary with our kids and we booked a suite. Suite was amazing. Room is very nice but service from staff is lacklustre. They won’t call you when your food delivery arrives. They don’t engage with us. Even at the club lounge staff hardly engaged in eye contact and just walked away before we could ask for anything.

Very good experience but...
The hotel is very new and beautiful. The check in and check out was smooth. The service was good too. Is there room for improvement!? Yes: - the light a the mirror was flickering. - the minibar is noisy (what's wrong with miibars? Am I the only one?) - the vanity set did not include a comb (and I use them at hotels) - i found it difficult to make the room dark. The coirtain had always a gap a the corner of the room.

Look out for shower temperature
On the whole we enjoyed our stay; there were just 2 little glitches: 1. When we opened the mini fridge, an opened and partially eaten protein bar (part of the minibar supplies) fell out. It was obviously left by the previous guest and was undiscovered by housekeeping. 2.The shower temperature was erratic, becoming hotter or colder as the water flowed which was a bit jarring. Pillows were a bit too soft, would have preferred firmer pillows or a pillow menu to choose from. Thank you for arranging the birthday cake as requested!

We loved the design- gorgeous. And the views from our 23rd floor loft room. Front desk staff were excellent too. What we didn’t like was the huge cockroach in our balcony. Nor the odd blind controls. But overall, a very pleasant staycation.

This was an incredible hotel. We only stayed for one night but truly felt transcended into another space. We loved the elegance of the hotel and the unique design. We had a balcony and it was a beautiful view of the pool and of the city. Absolutely recommend.

Place is beautiful. Staff attentive. Location fantastic. Problems AirCon didn't work properly and no hot water. Building Engineering couldn't fix either properly. I had to sweat in my room all night. And only could take a shower with very cold water. Both uncomfortable which for TopNotch place you wouldn't think there'd be issues with the basics.
