駅(MRT)から近く、徒歩圏内に多くの見所、施設があること。

Location: マリーナベイ・サンズ、マーライオン、ラッフルズホテル、MRTに乗れば(歩5分)、10~20分ほどで、ほとんどの名所、観光地に行ける便利さがあります。
見晴らしが良く、部屋は清潔で、レストランも多く、、ショッピング施設に接しており、利便性の高い高級リゾートホテルでした。トイレに温水洗浄があれば、さらに高い評価でした。

Cons: A acústica das portas, pois se ouve muito o barulho do corredor
Location: integrado a um shopping, super perto de uma estação de Metrô, excelentes restaurantes , 10 minutos de caminhada das principais atrações de Singapore
Um hotel business mais totalmente receptivo ao turismo, instalações maravilhosas, limpo, vista maravilhosa, fomos muito bem atendidos na check in e check out, o concierge perfeito, o staff que pega as malas e pede os taxis gentis e simpáticos, um bar fantástico com boa comida, cafés, ou seja, uma excelente experiência, totalmente recomendada para business, turismo e para quem quer conciliar tempo e prazer.

Pros: Room size, cleanliness, inclusions and layout.
Location: Location is by the internal Singapore harbour. Country is only small (30km top-to-bottom) so everything is close.
Great hotel room and facilities. High quality fittings and furnishing and bathroom layout. Very clean. Cant fault anything.

12月31日に滞在しました。窓からカウントダウンの花火も見えて最高でした。

Pros: 窓からの眺望、部屋の清潔さ
ホテルの部屋も清潔でした。前日まではオーチャードのグッドウッドパークに宿泊していましたが、12月31日のカウントダウン花火を見たいために、このホテルを予約し移動しました。26階のベイビューの部屋で希望通り部屋の窓から花火を観賞できました。グッドウッドパークからの移動は午前中にしましたが、荷物をチェックインの時間まで預かってもらいました。チェックインの時、日本人の係りの人がいたので、次の日の帰国のための朝早い出発のタクシーを日本語で予約でき安心できました。夜外に出るのも疲れてしまったので、日本食レストランで夕食をとりました。その後、ホテル内のお土産屋さんでお土産を選んでいたのですが、店員の人からもうクローズしたからダメと断られました。お土産を買うことができなくて残念でした。時間も多分夜8時位だったと思いますが、クローズする時間が少し早いなと思いました。

マリーナベイが見渡せるホテル

宿泊した部屋から夜景がきれいに見えました。シャワーも湯量、温度とも申し分なし。バスタブとシャワーが別れていたので、ゆっくりとお湯に浸かれました。ホテルの1階と2階が両隣のショッピングセンターに繋がっていて、そこを通り抜けて駅まで行くと雨でも大丈夫。そこそこ大きなスーパーマーケットもありました。ホテルの向かい側にセブンイレブンもありました。1、2分の所にバス停がありました。そこからナイトサファリ行きのバスも出ています。どこに行くのにも便利。 ただ残念なのは、アメニティがイマイチでした。

Disappointed

Reserved the so called Panaromic view room but there is really no view. They want to charge $20 for upgrade for the harbour view. Someone charged breakfast of three to my room and I requested the charges to be taken off my room bill. It took them almost half a day to get it straigthen out. They said that they need to confirm with the restaurant when I noticed that the charges is still on my bill after 3 hours. When I asked them that wasn't the restarant opened at this time at 10:00am, their response is that the restaraunt was busy with the customer ... It made me feel like I am not an important customer to them. Overall I was kind of disappointed with the service. I have heard great thing about the hotel and has high expectations before I came but it turned out that the service is pretty bad if not rude. Will not stay here again!

今回娘と二泊しました。まず、ロビーから素敵でした。そして、午前中にも関わらず直ぐにチェックインすることができました。部屋は清潔で、シンプルで快適でしたが、ただ一つバスタブがないことが想定外で、変更を求めたら、一泊4千円増しになるとの事で諦めました。バスタブ無しって記載されていたのかしら?気付きませんでした。

Centrally located hotel with excellent service

We found the staff to be great - they went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. I would recommend the Pan Pacific Marina Square to anyone - great room with a great view.

Expected a better Service for a Premium Hotel

Cons: Training for the intial greeting and booking in of customers. Ensure the front desk has an adequate grasp of English.
Lack of service and competency from the front desk. Explanation of the facilties, where the room is located. Alery us when the room is available. I travelled around Asia on this trip and stayed in other hotels and did not experience this. Bar staff where good/concierge was helpful but at the front desk it was not a good experience. I stayed at the Four Seasons on the wau out from singapore and the difference in service was considerable. I also stayed in other budget hotels and did not experience this.
