n Friday 24th November 2023. Can I say how utterly unhappy I was with it. Firstly, I had a shower on my arrival after a flight from Thailand and spending the day in Singapore. On stepping out of the shower and opening the shower curtain I noticed that the shower mat was floating in water and the bathroom was flooded!! My husband came down to reception to get help. Someone came up, lifted the plug and to my discussed he pulled out a lump of someone else’s black hair! He then left! Did not sort the flooded floor, give us a clean dry bath mat or say sorry! My next complaint is breakfast. I went and put some toast in the toaster for myself and it got stuck because other people had left bread in the toaster. So I kindly removed this with the tongs so my toast could come out. Just then, a man came from behind the counter shouting “ oi” at me! So very very rude! I said this is not mine and my toast is stuck. Again , no apologies were given and I was made to feel I had done something wrong when in fact I hadn’t. I was not happy at all with my stay and have put in an official complaint but heard nothing back. As expected Would not recommend

Overall, the stay was pleasant and the room was clean and comfy. One minor thing was that the floor felt weird to step on. Like there was some chemical or grease applied to it. I could be wrong though.

Value for money stay in centre of Singapore
The hotel looks new, condition is great, location is superb. You can basically walk from hotel to hawker center, shopping malls, some touristy attractions such as Kwan Yin temple, Bali lane etc.

My TV was missing the one channel I wanted to watch (ABC) , I had to report it twice and it was still not fixed. I asked for a bottle opener and was told they didn’t have one. Not worth the $220. per night.

小学生の子供とふたりで利用しました。ローチョー駅近くで便利ですし、周辺には飲食店やローカルなマーケットがあり過ごしやすかったです。ホテルの朝食を一度利用しましたが、あれで15s$なら、外のカフェでモーニングをした方がいいかなと。種類も少ないし、テーブルもぎゅうぎゅうで、飲み物も選ぶほどない。 部屋は狭いですが、綺麗です。シーツは交換してくれたのか謎ですか、しわくちゃを伸ばしただけのようでした。

1. 熱水溫度不是很穩定,雖然沒有到不會熱的程度,也有可能是尖峰時段同時多人使用的原因。 2. 另外,我知道餐廳座位有限,但是否能給用餐者一點緩衝時間?尤其一個人用餐,沒有人幫忙佔位置,還想要再夾取其他食物,所以刻意留下一兩樣東西不吃然後離開座位,回來時東西已經被收走了…後幾天發現就算有同行者,當其中一人離座而另一人告知服務人員還沒有要走,盤子仍然被收走。

日本で言うと、ビジネスホテルです。 日本のホテルに慣れているせいか、アメニティは貧弱でした。直径5センチの石鹸と歯ブラシ以外は何もありません。仕方なく、石鹸で頭を洗いました。使い捨てのスリッパもないので、ずうと革靴でした。清潔で悪くありませんが、今度はアメニティ系のものを持参します。
