lovely servicePosted Aug 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Such an awesome place to stay. Nothing is too much for the team at Regency. They helped us settle is very easily, and made my mother-in-law's first overseas trip a very positive experience. So much so that I had to make sure she understood that not every place is like this. Some extra things they did for us: gave my daughters some teddy bears, lent us a lovely proper baby cot with sheets (we had a travel cot, but a real one was nicer), let us extend our checkout time for a few more hours due to a later night flight.

ExcellentPosted Jun 24, 2013
Pros: Location, facilities, friendly staff
Cons: The bed was very hard
Location: 5 min from Dauby Ghaut which is a key central MRT station and 5 min from Orchard Road (and more malls you could shop in a week")
Excellent. We had a 2 bedroom unit for one week. Travelling with a 7 and 8 year old. Staff were delightful. Position was excellent, close to the MRT. Nice pool. Gym very small. Unfortunately stayed during the haze but staff kept us informed and provided masks each time we walked out.

A must for familiesPosted Jun 17, 2013
Pros: Nespresso machine in the lobby and the pool area
Cons: Pillows - sunk too much
Location: Very central to public transport/shopping and eateries
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Regency House. Very well suited to families with young children and very accommodating. Special mention to Gyndley who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was comfortable.

great place to stayPosted Jun 3, 2013
Pros: the people
Location: great, close to everything.
Our second time at this Hotel this year, and again we had a lovely time, Alice the breakfast lady ,is a real asset to the Hotel, Alice is lovely and always has a smile, and always has time for a quick catch up, the front desk people are also very good, with no requests too hard.

The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make you welcome. The only negative comment that I could offer is that the beds are very hard, however I normally sleep on a very comfortable soft bed at home. Would highly recommend Regency House and you couldn't get a more central location for sight seeing.

Came to Singapore for son's wedding. Staff at Regency House was very nice & helpful. We stayed in 2 bedroom; the only thing that would have made it better was if had 2 bathrooms & the price is quite high - but it's Singapore! Will definitely stay here again.

Bad ServicesPosted Jan 30, 2012
Pros: At first when checking the room is clean
Cons: Lack of booking notifications to let customers know that the hotel will be shutting down all services over Chinese New Year.
Location: Location of the hotel is good
When I booked for the accommodation with the hotel, when I paid for the hotel full price upfront, I was not told that the hotel would shutdown all services, breakfast (part of the room's cost) and daily service etc. for three days over the Chinese New Year, It is disappointing that we had to live in the room for that many days without the service.

The hotel has the potential of being a 4 star hotel, but has some problems. They have a breakfast room and it is adequate, but only 5 days per week. I eat breakfast 7 days a week. Also you have to ask for shampoo, soap, body lotion and face cloth on a daily basis. No room service and the closest restaurant is two blocks away, so if your stomach growls be prepared to walk.
