Nice view, especially at night time. near MRT, really convenient. near big shopping mall with food court basement. Recommend no need to book the breakfast in hotel, quite expensive~SGD$38.

교통편리 뷰가 좋음

교통이 정말 좋고 쇼핑몰도 연결되어있어서 편리하가 또한 하버뷰는 정말 잊지못할것 같다 객실 청결이나 직원들의 친절 어디하나 나무랄곳이 없다 다음에 가면 또 이용하고 싶다

Very convenient location, beautiful views to Marina Bay of you manage to score yourself an upgrade to a higher floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. With the Raffles City complex downstairs you have access to a food court and a shopping centre. Loved it.

Excellent Hotel but...

Fantastic hotel but at $38 per person for breakfast everyday we ate out especially as the shopping mall food court was directly below the hotel. The spa was good but segregated and what they don't tell you is if your stay is longer than 5 nights or you are already a Swissotel Circle member (free) wifi is free despite it saying there is a charge.

From a hard sell at checking it just got worse

Pros: The hotels location was about the only thing going for it.
Cons: Hotel is in need a full refurbishment; from the lift on up.
Location: You are in the heart of Singapore.
Took us 10 mins to check in while I had to listen to the various 'upgrade' options the young lady was trained to sell us. First option was an extra $100 a night which would get us a 'wonderful harbour view room' and breakfast for two - but we are 2 adults and 2 small children... are then that will be $100 + $45 dollars each for the two children... no thank you but we are very happy with the room we have booked.... the routine then started over and we were offered a $30 a night upgrade option where we would get the 'wonderful harbour view room' only not breakfast. I then asked if the room we had booked was less than wonderful and to that was corrected that is was also 'wonderful' but had a city rather than harbour view. The young lady finally agreed that we would be happy in the room we had booked and proceeded to take copy passports etc. I then asked her for the wifi password and was presented with a form to sign agreeding to a $30 charge per day for the 'Hi Speed WiFi' service... urh most definitely a bad start especially as you can buy a local sim and get 1 GB of 4G WIFI for 3 days for $7. Next on up to the room. All looked and felt very tired, room was not very clean and bathroom left much to be desired; as not somewhere that you wanted to spend much time.

Love this place!

Pros: Service is great. Rooms are large and most importantly, the beds are so comfortable.
Cons: Decore is getting a bit old now but still very stylish and elegant.
Location: Central to everything. City Hall MRT directly underneath, walking distance to Bugis St Markets, Marina Bay, Merlion, Chinatown. Little India, etc
We have stayed at this hotel for the last 5 years in a row and they always treat us brilliantly. Excellent service. Large comfortable rooms. Views to die for. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

絶景なホテル

マリーナベイサイド方面が良く見える部屋にとまりました。今のシンガポールを見ることかできて良かったです。 部屋に置いてある紅茶がTWGで美味しかったです。 City Hallの地下街に直結していて便利でした。
