Nice hotel in Sentosa

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Its peaceful and quiet. Great pool.
Cons: Cost of meals is a bit pricey. Extend Shuttle services to Vivocity for another hour.
Location: Resorts World Universal Studios
Good service, rooms are nice and spacious. Rooms were clean, and food at the restaurants was good. A bit far from all other areas in Sentosa. You need to catch a taxi to get to the resort from Vivocity after 10:30 pm.

Rare resort set-up in the heart of Singapore!

Posted Jul 12, 2014
We have always been staying in the smaller hotels in Orchard Road so we were pleasantly surprise to find a resort in Singapore complete with peacocks and koi ponds (which the kids love) and close to the beach too! The rooms were pleasantly large and had a separate foyer entrance, the shower and bath area was huge. For similar type rooms in the Orchard Road vicinity, it would cost a fortune as the set up was almost like a suite! The hotel is also connected to the beach via a wooden walkway, about a 5-10 minute walk.

Not quite as good as previously.

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: The gardens, the pool, proximity to beach, calm and quiet atmosphere.
Cons: The resident peacocks need to be culled. Once a charming feature, they have grown in numbers and are now a real nuisance.
Location: Beautiful garden setting, low rise environment on Sentosa Island. We are there for an R and R break in a transworld journey. Its ideal for this.
We have stayed in this hotel several times before and we have found it great value for money. This time we thought our room was looking a little tired, and even a bit scruffy in places.

professional staff, quick thinking

Posted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: rooms were really nice, there's a 2 person size bathtub and the rooms were pretty spacious
Cons: the lobby wasn't air conditioned, although being in the heart of a tropical landscaped setting helped keep it cool
Location: there's the tanjong beach in the back by the pool stairs which takes 5-10 minutes to walk to, that was nice, so we go swim in the ocean
stayed there a week ago on our honeymoon, staff was professional and quick to assist our requests and work with us. friendly service. the room service took a while, but it was worth the wait when it got to us. we must've called it during a shift change in the morning or something, or maybe they have a lot of people who order food because sentosa's eating places don't open that early, preferred to drive just 5 min outside to the hawker centers just around the entrance of the island

Away fm main activity area

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Upgrade the rooms
Location: Beach was within walking distance
Hotel location is quiet & away fm main activity area. Shuttle bus to Vivo was nice to drop us there but we got to find our way back by other means. Room looks dated. Nevertheless, it was still comfortable. Needs 2 remote controls for TV which we found to be funny.

Nice Hotel and comfortable Hotel to stay

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: The concierge staff are helpful and the environment
Cons: A more convenient passage walk way for guest to reach the beach, since its built near the beach.
Nice hotel to stay but the only setback was the television not working, called for assist but takes 30mins to attend to request. Call the reception and was treated rudely. the water in the swimming pool was not very clean.

Peaceful hotel lovely ambience

Posted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: Peaceful settings
Cons: A menu suitable for families?
Location: A bit far from attractions but with free bus service it's fine.Has a nice scenic walk that you can got to the beach.
With three adults and three children one being a 11month we got adjoining rooms which was amazing as the rooms had big entrance halls so this gave the baby plenty of crawling space. The hotel is quite a distance from the attractions but they have a free shuttle and the island have a free bus service that runs every 30 minutes which is great. The only negative is the meals are a bit expensive . The resort itself has a peaceful feel and lovely gardens. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. In all I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Good conference hotel on Sentosa

Posted Jun 6, 2014
Pros: Very spacious room
Cons: AC temperature control in room didn't work
Great location for a conference in Singapore - good facilities (business and leisure)
