Staff there far out ways any negatives that I could find there is a lot of construction going on, and that is the only downside to the stay there was there was some noise and banging, and a few of the handicap rooms were not completed in full with some needed ruction still being done on my room so I had to move out but all overall excellent

Construction work began between 8:30-9:00 on both sides of our room. The workers knocked on our door and wanted to come in to change the ceiling light fixtures. Since there were never more than ten cars in the parking lot, we assume that we could have been placed in a room that was not in the construction zone. We noticed a fingernail in the dust behind the nightstand, and the white curtains looked quite dingy. Moreover, the bed skirt was torn and shredded. Upon checkout, we were surprised to find that the hotel tried to charge us $75 more than what we had been quoted. They claimed that it was a fee for bringing dogs, even though no such fee was ever mentioned during the reservation or check-in process.

There was some remodeling being done while we were there and had been informed of this. It was not an issue with us and looking forward to returning there to see the finish.

Hi Kerry,I apologize that you were not aware that the hotel is being renovated. We have signs posted on all doors, on the Wyndham website, and they are only working during the day time. We are really excited at the refresh though, because it makes the guest experience so much better. Our pet fee is listed on the booking website you made your reservation on, just to be sure I double checked. Thank you for your feedback.

I do wish you would have let us know during your six-day stay with us so we could have rectified the situation. We are looking into the issue in room 203 so it does not continue. Clean rooms. All staff were very friendly and helpful whenever asked. Breakfast was hot and simple and never wauted for anything to be refilled. Pool looknice and clean but never had the chance to use.

Furnishings, tile, and fixtures seemed dated. BUT, everything was in good working order and not run down, broken or worn out. Goes to show how long things will last if you take care of them. Staff was friendly as well. I will stay here again.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel for our stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming and our room clean. The property had previously been a Fairfield Inn and showed its age. None of the bells and whistles found in higher priced venues, but we were looking toward practicality not luxury. This hotel accomplishes that goal.

Property was in a convenient location off Hwy. 20 and I-29 and near a few decent restaurants that were open later in the evening, upon our later arrival. Front desk staff was very accommodating and wanted our stay to comfortable. I would recommend this property for travelers looking for a quick place to stay along your route, that won't break the bank.

I booked this last minute on our way back to Indy from SD. So glad I did. It was convenient off highway, parking was easy and very well lit. Check in was very easy. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was incredibly comfortable, just what we needed after a long day of driving. Would definitely stay again if passing through.

Great stay, but cramped bathroom
This was a good stay overall. Room was clean, service was spot on. Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom; the door would not allow you to sit without closing the door. It's very cramped. Bed was very comfortable. We were right next to the elevator but never heard a thing; great soundproofing. Breakfast was simple, but the staff were constantly ensuring everything was clean and available. Other than the bathroom size, everything was great. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5.
