WARNING Expedia bookings are not visible!

I booked 2 rooms with Expedia and requested to have them next to eachother at the end of the Hallway. Upon checking in, both the ladies at the hotel front desk were adamant that whenever someone books through Expedia they never get the notes, just that the person made a reservation. I find this hard to believe since it is clearly on the itinerary. So alas I didn't get two rooms next to eachother, I had to constantly walk to and from each room (kids in the other). I called Expedia and they said they do send everything to the front desk. All in all, Expedia customer service was fine in trying to rectify the issue for me, but he front desk ladies were not too friendly.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk was very rude to me treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Finally got to the room withy husband and infant and it was filthy. The ice bucket had about 2 inches of water in it. The bed was also very uncomfortable, we thought the springs were going to come up through the bed. We will never stay in the holiday Inn Sioux City again.

Horrible Front Desk Service

The service at the front desk is absolutely horrible. One person in particular (Jennifer) should be avoided at all costs!

Nice hotel very convient location for our stay

Only problem alot of construction on the road in front of hotel so detours etc but once figured out no problems navigating. Really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast buffet and used the pool, sauna and jacuzzi

Not what I expected.

I was not aware that there was major road construction just outside of the Holiday Inn. It made it quite difficult to enter the Holiday Inn from the road.The rooms were crammed with furniture and not much space to move around. Bathroom was extremely small and no bath tub, just a small modular shower stall. Entrance to the building was difficult to maneuver as you had to go through 3 doors to get to the hallway to the rooms. I will not be staying here again.

stop over on rip home

Good for a one night stop over. Construction around the area made it very difficult to find the location. Would suggest getting the breakfast option.

Location and surrounding area were not comforting at all. In a construction zone, and detours. Not family-friendly. Staff was great, though.

Room was nice. Surrounding streets were under construction which made it a bit difficult but that's the only down side of the hotel.
