Is okay

Posted Dec 7, 2014
Pros: Close to where we were going
Cons: Had trouble getting hot water in our room
Hotel is okay but needs to be updated. Had trouble getting hot water but the other person in our group did not have any problems

Pros: The price.
Cons: The lighting. Hallways are dark. Some lamps/lights in the room did not work. Heater is very loud!
Location: I would not have found the hotel without navigation on my phone. Choices of gas and food around hotel are very limited. No entertainment.
Hotel is dated, but in nice condition. Breakfast bar had good selection.

Simply just a 1 night stay no more

Posted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: Maybe the price
Cons: Updated and remodeled to clean it up.
Location: Location was good
Hotel was extremely dirty from the carpet to the bath towels. Very small rooms with only about half the lights working .It was clearly a cheap stay but was terribly dirty and you got exactly what you pay for . seem to be a cheap place for maybe construction workers needing extended stay options at a discount rate. Spend the money and stay elsewhere with your family.

Hotel and rooms need to be cleaned and painted, updated, very stale air in room. Carpet in room and hotel very dirty, walls are dingy and you can see stains on them. Our room looked like it wasn't clean, Dusty, carpet dirty. Nats in room. Just didn't feel comfortable in room at all.

Convenient location

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: It's location .... close to the interstate and main streets into the city proper
Cons: Housekeeping, and perhaps a thorough cleaning for mold and etc!
Location: Except for getting into and out of the city never gave a thought about "things to do". Perfect for the business traveler.
This was our second stay at this location; and was chosen mainly for it's convenient location for getting into and out of the downtown area and to locations we needed to get to. The hotel, like many of it's age is showing wear and tear, and could use a "REALLY" good cleaning; dirt and mold in the bathroom was quite evident. The housekeeping staff failed to clean the bath tub and floors, leave sufficient towels, tissues and toilet paper supplies. Check-in area was clean as was the breakfast area, that was small, but sufficient items were provided for a simple breakfast. The rate was reasonable, it was basically clean and comfortable, meeting our criteria and yes; we will stay there again!

Close to the Planned Parenthood

Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: they allow pets
Location: you can go protest with the jesus freaks
Protestors out early on Sat morning and dirty old carpet made it a perfect place for the transient in your life to call home. Watery coffee and some other free things for breakfast that only someone wearing a burlap bag would appreciate.

Not Good!!!

Posted Sep 29, 2014
It was very noisy ALL night. You could hear doors slamming, people walking in the room above our room. Our bed sunk in in the middle of the mattress. Room wasn't very clean (needed vaccummed) just over all not a great place to stay!

OK for our short Stay

Posted Sep 28, 2014
Pros: Location and cost
Cons: Rooms were small and the furniture was in need of repair. Accessible outlets would also have been helpful.
Location: The hotel is basically right on Gordon Drive which gets you to every area of Sioux City.
The hotel was cheap and easily accessible. It is not fancy but we were only looking for a quick overnight and it was ok for that. The staff was great and helpful in everything we needed help.
