The room was small, but adequate. Staff were nice and friendly. The city noice around the hotel was extremely distracting at night, and kept me from sleeping. I would say the hotel needs some additional insulation, Motorcycles, noisy cars and trains kept me awake at night. I have stayed across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn and didn’t notice any noise. I was also supposed to get bottled water and a coupon upon checking in, but didn’t, which was not a big deal. The location, bike path, and Landing were perks.

The staff here is amazing. They went above and beyond with their service. The room was clean, parking was convenient, and I will absolutely return next time I'm in Sioux Falls. Highly recommended!

It was ok, breakfast was not the best, the English muffins had mold on them, the eggs were rubbery. The beds were uncomfortable, but it was easy access to everything.

Located in nice downtown area of Sioux Falls. Although hotel could use some good TLC & updates. Too nice of a location with competitors nicer hotels for not that much more. Refrigerator smelled horrible. Was filled with old food from previous guest that was never cleaned by housekeeping. Front desk apologized and did provide some compensation of a partial refund for the room. Other areas of the room seemd to be rush cleaned missing long hairs in shower etc. Breakfast service staff was very friendly.

Located downtown and easy to find and park. Hotel is well kept and room was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Morning breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked.

Lovely place. Staff was fantastic. Can’t say enough about Sharon, the lady who ran the breakfast every morning. She was so accommodating and made us feel at home. Only negative was that the room darkening curtains do not close all the way. They leave about a 3ft opening with sheers only. Room was way to bright at night, we had an extremely bright street light shining in out room all night, Complained to the front desk and the quickly changed our room and discounted the price of our stay.
