“A safe, reasonable place to hang your hat.”

My wife and I wanted an inexpensive hotel room in the Sioux Falls metro that was near the Original Pancake House, was far away from criminal-type activity, was reasonably clean, and was not infested with small animals that should not be in hotels. We got exactly that. The experience was totally adequate. I'm not raving but, really, it was perfectly *fine*. If you need a basic place to sleep, you could do much, much worse.

“Good Hotel for the Price”

The only drawback was the bed. It was very springy. That apart everything else was good. Good place to stay for a night or two.

“A reasonable basic motel”

It is clean, quiet, and in reasonably good condition. As of July 2008 there was some remodeling in progress, but it did not impact our stay at all. They do not have a pool or spa. They were not as careful about keeping the breakfast bar stocked as they should have been (out of napkins and OJ), but that could just be due to the individual on duty that morning.

“My favorite place to stay!”

I'm frequently in Sioux Falls and always stay here. The cleaning ladies are outstanding and everyone is so helpful. If things aren't right they are immediately take care of. The breakfast is nicely arranged. My kids LOVE the waffle iron!! I recommend this hotel to everyone I know visiting Sioux Falls.
