“Tucker is king of customer service”

This hotel was great! our front desk staff was knowledgable as well as friendly. Tucker was very helpful both before and after check in in answering our questions. The day manager was also wonderful to our 2 year old Jack, she made fast friends with him and teased him throughout our stay-he loved it!! I would recommend that management look into different shower curtains as their's were still vinyl. These days people prefer peva shower curtains because they don't emit toxic fumes when exposed to hot steam. The Head Housekeeper was wonderfully receptive to our feedback and promised to speak with management regarding theshower curtains. Awesome Job folks!Overall a wonderful place to stay, definitely going to stay here again. Thank You Expedia!

“Would definately stay here again”

Nice place. Excellent continental breakfast (as far as continental breakfasts go). Front desk attendant that checked me in was very pleasant and personable. Located by the mall/shopping district and close to several good restaurants (Texas Roadhouse, Old Chicago, etc as well as fast food). Right by the interstate that takes you directly to the airport. If I go back to Sioux Falls, I will stay here.

“Great Hotel!”

It was a great stop. The only problem was trying to find it off the highway. By far the best hotel we stayed in from Washington State to Virginia.

“Very Nice Option”

We got "stuck" in Sioux Falls on our way home for Thanksgiving due to bad weather. We were pleased with the Fairfield Inn. The location was great--easy to find, and close to restaurants and the mall. The breakfast had lots of options and was definitely a step above the normal continental breakfast spread. The pool and hot tub looked very welcoming; we were bummed we didn't have our swimsuits with!

This was everything I expected. I read the reviews prior to making my reservation and was not disappointed in the least. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone who wants a good experience in a motel stay.

Nice location. Restaurants nearby. Easy freeway access. My room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was small and food offerings limited.
