“Just OK...”

The guest rooms and hallways could use a serious update...I would also downgrade this hotel from a 3 to 2 stars. On a positive note, the tiki bar was a great place to relax and have dinner.

“The kids loved it!”

The kids loved the waterslide. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, if in the area.

“Nice family getaway”

The indoor waterpark was definitely the highlight of our stay. Our boys, ages 4 & 2, had a blast on the pirate ship with its 4 slides and the 1' deep pool surrounding it was just right for them. There was also a bigger pool around 4-5' deep that a lot of bigger kids were enjoying, so they could have fun without bothering the little kids. The big water slide was also a huge hit (for kids & grownups alike), and there were 2 hot tubs available for relaxing. Our room was very clean and nice sized and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and had a large vanity & mirror. I wish there has been an exhaust fan, since it did steam up quickly when taking a shower. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be a free continental breakfast, but the hotel restaurant is available for all meals. Overall, we had a great time at a great price, and would definitely go back again.

“Great motel for kids.”

This motel is priced reasonable considering the indoor waterpark is so great for the kids.Cheap weekend entertainment for a family getaway.Adults can also have some fun with the tiki bar right next to the pool and lots of tvs to watch.

When to go

A good time is when the snow is blowing because it makes it feel like summertime in the motel.

“Very Convenient”

“Horrible Experience”

We checked in around 6PM and checked out the room but did not bring any luggage in. We came back to the hotel around midnight to find that we could no longer get into our room. We waited for over an hour as the front desk created new keys and none of them worked. Around 1AM they told us they would have to send maintenance up rather than giving us a different room. We ended up having to go stay with family. Next day we couldn't use the waterpark. When we asked if we could change the reservation night to enjoy it another time, they wouldn't. They charged us and we spent all of 5 minutes in the room. Reporting to BBB.
