“Nice Hotel”

Pretty nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff, decent hotel food. Gym was convenient. Very accommodating in that they were able to give me a shuttle to my business training which was a few miles down the road daily upon request for the week. Would recommend it to others.

“Spacious rooms with amenities”

The room was extremely comfortable and large. The couch and table in the room gave it a feel of more than a hotel room. Restaurants and a bar added the extra touch so you never had to leave the building. I will definitely stay there again!

“it was just ok”

The hotel was nice. When I arrived to my room there were dirty wine glasses sitting on the floor in the hallway right outside of my room. I found this odd because the cleaning cart was still in my hallway! Also as my groupd was trying to squeeze between the broken mini fridge and cleaing cart in the same hallway the maid snapped at my sister and demanded that my sister help her move the broken mini fridge into a hallway storage room. When we were on our way out to dinner I spoke with the front desk to express that our stay up until this point (a few hours) was not going well. The front desk apologized and said the wine glasses would be removed and that management may want to speak with us further. Nobody said a thing to us and the wine glasses were still there after we got back from dinner. I was not very impressed, I felt as though the hotel could have done better in righting the wrongs that had happened.

“Nice place but watch out for the add-ons.”

Very nice hotel. My only real complaint is that they charge for everything (and I mean EVERYTHING!) Want to drink the bottled water in your room? That'll be $4.00 each! ( I can buy a CASE of bottled water at Costco for that much!) Want Internet access? That's gonna cost you too. (I can go to a MOTEL 6 and get free Internet!) Complimentary breakfast? Not on your life. (They do have a nice breakfast buffet but it cost more than most Lunch/Dinner buffet restuarants that have 10 times the selection.) Certainly not saying not to stay here. Quite the contrary it was a very nice hotel. Just be prepared to pay for any extras.

“Nice stay”

Stayed one night for a seminar. Nice hotel. No real problems. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive. So were the glasses of wine we had that night.

“Will return back to Sheraton Sioux Falls”

Wonderful hotel - wonderful staff - great rooms - good price through Expedia. The one thing you will need to know that when you get the Expedia price, the hotel does not include their tempting breakfast buffet. The buffet is $20 per person when you book on Expedia.
